2019 Village Committee Commitment

The xxxx year xxx village village committee will take Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thinking of the "Three Represents" as the guidance, fully implement the spirit of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Third Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee, and further enhance the sense of responsibility and diligence for all villagers. The sense of service is focused on solving practical problems that affect the vital interests of the people and promoting the harmonious and stable development of all undertakings in the village. Third, the construction of civilization. Seriously practice the spiritual civilization creation activities with "eight honors and eight shame" as the main content, guide the people to break the feudal superstition, improve the cultural and moral quality of the party members, and implement the family planning and childbearing policy. During the term of office, the establishment of civilized villages was achieved, and civilized households reached more than 90% of the total number of households; the task of “four skills” for family planning was fully completed.
Fourth, social stability. Enhance the concept of the legal system and take the lead in administration according to law; be good at using demonstration, persuasion education, and providing services, resolve contradictions and disputes, maintain social security, promote unity and mutual assistance among villagers, and strive to create a "safe village" where villagers live and work in peace.
Fifth, the party's construction. Adhere to the "three sessions and one lesson" system, hold a party member meeting every quarter; do a good job in developing party members and training reserve cadres. Each year, we will train more than one reserve cadre and develop more than two party activists.
Sixth, style construction. Adhere to democratic centralism, fully carry forward democracy, resolutely implement the resolutions of the branch, consciously safeguard the unity of the team; act fairly and serve the people enthusiastically; adhere to democratic management, democratic decision-making, implement party affairs, village affairs and financial disclosure, and hold village representatives once every quarter. The meeting guarantees the villagers' right to know, decision-making, participation and supervision. Every quarter, the party members, party fees collection and financial revenue and expenditure are regularly publicly disclosed, and major issues and decisions are made public at any time.
Seven, honest and self-discipline. Do not use your own power or convenience conditions to seek personal gain for yourself or your relatives; do not use the card for the people to do things; do not make wishes for the interests of individuals to damage the interests of the majority of the village or the collective interests.
In order to show sincerity, the village committee is determined by the research and decision of the village committee. The two committees of the village are willing to guarantee the implementation of their personal duties and ask the people of the county to supervise. If there is any violation of the promise during the term of office, they will voluntarily resign from the village committee, or please Immediately hold a village meeting to remove their duties.
