The execution will be completed within 5 months; the non-litigation enforcement case will be executed within 2 months.
2. Adhere to mediation priority and the case is closed. The mediation rate of criminal incidental civil cases is over 90%; the mediation rate of civil and commercial cases is more than 75% in courts, more than 60% in hospitals; and the settlement rate of administrative cases is more than 35%. The old cases involving complaints and petitions related to the law were resolved to zero, and the newly completed cases realized zero petitions.
3. Increase enforcement efforts. The settlement rate of the implementation of the case was over 80%, and the settlement rate of the newly executed execution cases was over 80%. If the person being executed does not have the ability to perform and the applicant’s life is difficult, judicial assistance shall be implemented.
4. Seriously implement the “Measures for the Payment of Litigation Fees” and adhere to the administration of justice for the people. For labor disputes, compensation for traffic accident damages, recovery of maintenance payments, and maintenance payments, the implementation of exemption from legal fees; for farmers who have difficulties in living, laid-off workers, the implementation of slow, reduced, exemption from legal fees.
5. Strengthen team building. In the year of judicial construction in 2019, we will effectively change the judicial concepts, working methods and mechanical handling habits that are not suitable for the situation, implement 28 judges' standardized terms, establish a good image of judges, implement the assessment of disciplinary examinations, and implement quarterly assessments of honest policies. To achieve zero records of violations of law and discipline in the police; consciously accept the supervision of the NPC deputies, CPPCC members and all sectors of society. Establish a court that is satisfactory to the people and a judge who is satisfied with the people.
