resume

A resume is one of the most important tools for finding a job. Resumes and cover letters are the first step towards an interview for employment. Some points: 1. The resume should be as short as possible. "The longer the resume, the less important it is to write a resume." A short resume is like a date that both men and women have never seen before, so they want to see you more, but when you appear, they are not disappointed. 2. Focus your resume on a specific area or industry. If you are interested in several types of work, you may need to write a few resumes. 3. Use strong language rather than weak language: Strong language: planning, selecting, supervising, designing, budgeting, editing, establishing, leading weak language: participating, assisting, working under..., being given... ...responsibility, leadership by... 4. Give your work a. Numbers: Increase in personnel, sales, circulation, etc. b. Time saved: How quickly you solved the problem, how quickly you can get the job done. c. Effect: The long-term and short-term positive effects of your work. d. Persistence: How long has one of your recommendations, methods, and solutions been adopted. e. Extension: Your method is applied to other departments or become part of other projects. f. Have you written some promotional or educational materials, brochures, brochures or small flyers? g. Do you maintain contact or partnership with other organizations? If so, which organizations? Why do you do that? If your past work experience is mainly family work or volunteer work, it is like a paid job to list the responsibilities and obligations of these positions.
