Student achievement management system


1. All teachers, basic departments, departments, academic offices, and student offices must carefully manage student performance and take responsibility for each other.

Second, the responsibility of the basic department

1. Regardless of the examination and examination, after the students' assessment of the scores of the various subjects of the cultural courses, the teacher will fill out the transcripts. The transcripts are completed and signed by the teacher and the head of the basic department as confirmation and responsibility for the results.

2. Once the scores of the students' cultural courses in each subject are assessed, the Basic Department is responsible for notifying the departments and submitting them to the Academic Affairs Office for filing and filing according to the prescribed date.

Third, the responsibility of each department

3. As the grassroots unit of teaching management and student management, each department has the obligation to comprehensively grasp the student's learning situation and manage the student's performance as a basis for academic assessment, evaluation and evaluation of students, and to deal with relevant issues. Fourth, the responsibility of the Academic Affairs Office

1. Require and supervise the basic department and departments to manage the scores of cultural courses and professional courses, and submit them according to regulations.

2. According to the results submitted by the basic department and each department, the contents of the school year, semester, course, class hours, examinations or examinations shall be separately tabulated. When making records, you must carefully check and be accurate. The results reported by the Basic Department and each department are kept for reference.

3. Before the students graduate, fill in the “Graduate Examination and Approval Form” according to the records of each student's grades, and provide student transcripts for the students to build graduate files.

V. Responsibilities of the student office

1. As a student management department of the whole school, the Student Office is obliged to fully grasp the student's learning situation and manage the student's performance as a basis for academic assessment, evaluation and evaluation of students.

2. For the grades of the graduates, they must be carefully checked with the Academic Affairs Office and loaded into the graduates' files.

Six, requirements and instructions

1. The transcripts required by the Basic Department and each department shall be provided by the Academic Affairs Office.

2. The transcript must be filled in clearly, accurately and truthfully.

3. If the student disagrees with the results, the teacher, the basic department, and the department in charge shall be responsible for handling the relevant provisions of the school. If the results are confirmed to be incorrect, they should be reported to the Academic Affairs Office for correction.

4. The management of the students' re-test scores is the same as the normal exams, and must be submitted after the re-examination.

5. The Academic Affairs Office, as the management department of the whole school, does not accept students' individual inquiries about the results.
