Branch fund management system

Branch funding is the material basis for carrying out various activities. In order to strengthen the management of funds and ensure the rational use of funds, the special fund management system is as follows:

First, the source of funding for the branch

1. Party members' party fee income. According to the provisions of the Party Constitution, all rewards should be paid to the grassroots organizations at the party level. After the fifth meeting of the 12th Committee of the Xiangtan City of the People's Republic of China, the party's fee standard was not less than 30 yuan per person per year. Individual party members who have financial difficulties may, with the consent of the branch, reduce the party fees.

2. The administrative appropriation of the unit where the branch is located.

3. Other sources. Including branch revenue generation, awards or sponsorship of others.

Second, the branch funds custody

1. The funds of the branch shall be kept by the members of the branch organization.

2. The committee responsible for the custody of funds shall collect the party fees from the party members in a timely manner, and collect the funds from the administrative units where they are located, and register them.

3. When the branch is renewed or the fund custodian is adjusted, the procedures for the transfer of funds shall be handled in a timely manner.

Third, the use of branch funds

1. The use of branch funds must be decided by the branch committee.

2. The accounting procedures after the use of funds shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of the financial department. The relevant documents shall be signed by the person in charge and the approver.

3. The income and expenditure of the branch funds shall be officially announced to all party members at the end of each year.
