Company overtime management system


Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 In order to standardize overtime management and improve work efficiency, these regulations are formulated in accordance with the Labor Law of the People's Republic of China and other relevant laws and regulations, combined with the actual situation of the company.

Article 2 These provisions are applicable to non-commissioned personnel of the company who do work overtime due to work.

Article 3 These rules are not applicable to employees of the sales department and the staff of the factory department that are settled according to the commission system.

Chapter II Principles and Procedures for Overtime Article 4 Overtime refers to the need to continue workers, called overtime, outside of the specified working hours, due to their own work needs or the designated matters of the supervisor. There are two types of overtime work: planning overtime and emergency overtime. Due to busy work during normal working days, it is necessary to continue working outside the specified time, which is called emergency overtime. Work on weekends or national holidays, called planning to work overtime.

Article 5 Due to the special nature of the work, the engineers of the driver, after-sales, operation and investment department shall continue to work on the normal working day and continue to work on the weekends as normal work, not overtime; but the national statutory holidays continue to work overtime.

Article 6 On the normal working day, the internal staff shall be deemed to be working normally due to the delayed work of the receiving company's customers, and shall not be counted as overtime on weekends and national statutory holidays.

Article 7 When an employee works overtime, he shall fill out the Overtime Application Form. After the department head has agreed to sign it, it shall be sent to the administrative department for review and filing, and the administrative department shall approve the general manager before it can implement overtime work.

Chapter III Overtime Management Regulations Article 8 Overtime personnel shall submit the Overtime Application Form to the Ministry of Administration in advance; if the special circumstances cannot be submitted on time, the department head of the overtime personnel shall notify the administrative department manager by telephone, after the normal work. Make a reply before 17:30 on a working day.

Article 9 When the company's personnel are assigned to work overtime due to work needs outside of the holiday or working hours, they may not shirk without special reasons.

Article 10 Overtime hours are based on 0.5 hours as the starting point. The accumulated 4 hours is 0.5 working days, the accumulated 8 hours is 1 working day, the accumulated 12 hours is 1.5 working days... and so on. And as a basis for calculating overtime subsidies and adjustments. .

Article 11 Overtime allowances or adjustments have been calculated, and the overtime coefficient is no longer calculated in the bonus.

Article 12 The working hours of working hours shall be up to 4 hours/day, and the overtime hours of weekends and national statutory holidays shall be up to 8 hours/day, and the overtime hours per month shall not exceed 36 hours, and the excess shall be counted as 36 hours.

Article 13 In any of the following circumstances, the extension of working hours shall not be restricted by Article 12 of these Provisions:

In the event of a natural disaster, accident, or other reasons, threatening the life and safety of employees, and requiring urgent treatment;

If production equipment and public facilities fail, affecting production and other daily operations, they must be repaired in time;

Article 14 Overtime shifts shall be used in the same year, and shall not be processed after they have not been used, and will not be accumulated to the next year.

Article 15 The starting and ending time of overtime work of resident company personnel shall be subject to the punching card. The time for the start and end of the overtime work of the expatriate personnel shall be submitted by the individual in writing and the signature of the department head shall be confirmed.

Chapter IV Compensation Standards for Overtime Work Article 16 There are two types of overtime compensation: overtime and overtime work within 15 working days, and overtime within 15 working days. The employee himself wishes to arrange for a retired or overtime allowance.

Article 17 Calculation of the time of rehearsal:

Overtime on weekdays is converted to a 1:1 ratio for conversion time;

Weekends and national statutory holidays are overtime at a rate of 1:1.5.

Article 18 Calculation of overtime subsidies:

Overtime work is calculated on the working day and overtime is calculated by 1.5 times the normal working day salary;

Overtime on weekends is calculated based on 2 times the normal working day salary;

The national statutory holiday overtime is calculated based on three times the normal working day salary.

Chapter V Penalty Articles 19 When assigned to work overtime due to work needs, there is no special reason to push the perpetrators, according to the circumstances of the work.

Article 20 Those who are late or leave early during overtime work shall be punished according to the lateness of normal working hours and the two times of early retreat.

Article 21: Workers who have completed the work during the overtime period and who have not completed the delivery within the specified overtime hours shall cancel the overtime compensation and punish them according to the circumstances.

Article 22 In order to obtain overtime compensation, those who use over-the-counter means to obtain overtime opportunities for overtime work shall, once found and verified, cancel the overtime compensation and impose a fine of 500 yuan.

Chapter VI Supplementary Provisions Article 23 These regulations were promulgated on April 1, 2005 and implemented on April 20, 2005. The relevant regulations promulgated by the company were also abolished at the same time. This regulation is interpreted by the administrative department.
