Party collection system

Paying party fees on time is a basic requirement for party members in the "Party Constitution" and a party education for party members.
In principle, party members pay a party fee once a month. Special circumstances can be paid in advance, and generally no late payment is allowed.
In case of special circumstances, the party's fee may be paid by the approval of the Party branch committee, but the time for paying the party's fees shall not exceed three months.
For those who have not paid the party’s fees for six consecutive months without justifiable reasons, they will be disengaged from the party.
The Party's fee standard is paid in proportion according to the standards of the "Regulations on the Method of Party Members Paying Party Fees" of the Central Organization Department [1994] No. 3.
Every party member has the obligation to pay the party's fees on time and in full and on time, and it is generally inappropriate for them to be handed over.
The collection and management of party fees is the responsibility of the party committee and the branch organization committee members. The branch collects party and party reports from the party members every month, and the party committee pays a party fee to a certain organization department every quarter.
The party committee will report to the party and party collection work of each branch quarterly, and the organization department of a certain committee will inform the party committees once every six months.
