Factory year-end award evaluation system


From January 1st to December 30th of the year, the monthly workshop will be evaluated by the team. Each person will be counted in tens per month, and each will be divided into ten yuan. Signed by the director, sent to the department manager for confirmation, in charge of the deputy general review, approved by the general manager, reported to the administrative department for filing.

Evaluation condition

1. If you have to be full of duty in the month, please take more than one day. This article has no points.

2. Going to work on time, no late, no early leave, late or early leave, this article has no points.

3. Obey the distribution of superior leaders, do not pick fat and lose weight, do not obey one time, this article is no points.

4. Complete the production tasks handed over by the team leader on time, otherwise there is no such thing.

5. Pay attention to the quality of the products. The quality of the production products handed over to the superiors should be 100%. It is found that more than one quality is unqualified and reworked. This article has no points.

6. Safety production, in accordance with the specifications, this article does not have any points for personal injury or equipment damage.

7. Respect the leadership, unite the colleagues, be civilized and polite, quarrel and beat people. This article has no points.

8. Care for company property, theft, vandalism, this article is no point.

9. Pay attention to the respective grooming instruments, find that dyeing hair, men wearing earrings, not wearing uniforms when going to work, and not wearing a label are penalized.

10. Obey the company's management regulations, find gambling, drinking in the dormitory, doing things that affect the rest of others, or being punished for violating the dormitory management regulations.

Precautions

1. 2 days of completion and serious work injury and equipment accidents caused by violation of the operation or more than 15 days of various holidays, the qualification will be cancelled in the current month.

3. New employees have less than 15 days of attendance and do not participate in the month's competition.

4. After the rationalization proposal is adopted, it can receive certain effects, and the month is plus ten; the invention has a significant contribution to the company plus 50 points.

5. In the current month's competition, if there are more than three violations of the evaluation criteria, the qualification for the month will be cancelled.

6. The workshop directors and team leaders should be evaluated in strict accordance with the appraisal regulations, and shall not be used for private purposes. Once the data identified is found to be false or untrue, it will be severely punished.
