Target management contract responsibility
Party A: Changyun Automobile Transportation Co., Ltd. Party B: In order to conscientiously implement the spirit of the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the spirit of the 16th Plenary Session of the Central Committee and the spirit of the Economic Work Conference of the Municipal Bureau, promote the simultaneous development of the social and economic benefits of our company, maximize the profits of enterprises, and ensure the completion of the economic goals of XX. Strengthen the education of law-enforcement, abide by national policies, laws and regulations, financial and brokerage laws and the company's various rules and regulations, strict expenditure standards, and ensure that all tasks assigned by the company are completed, and the comprehensive management goal is 100%. 3. The planned fertility rate should reach 100%, the late marriage rate is 100%, and the late childbearing rate is 100%. 4. Strengthen safety education, safety production management, reduce general accidents, ensure that there is no responsibility to report accidents, eliminate the occurrence of serious accidents, civilized and courteous services, and avoid disputes with passengers.
5. Strengthen and improve the employment system and distribution system, manage science, and do a good job of secondary distribution within the enterprise in accordance with the principle of distribution according to work, in order to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of employees.
V. Party A’s obligations
1. The relevant functional departments of the company shall supervise and guide the safety and production of Party B, focus on the service work, and truly serve the front line.
2. To conduct strict and regular assessments of Party B's economic and technical indicators and management objectives in accordance with relevant regulations, and conduct assessments on a monthly and annual basis in accordance with the contract redemption method.
3. According to the national policy permit and the actual situation of the company, increase the technical innovation investment and production expansion of Party B as much as possible to ensure the comprehensive and excessive completion of Party B's production tasks.

1. In the event of a change in the national policy and the failure of the letter of responsibility to be fulfilled, Party A and Party B may negotiate with each other and agree otherwise.
