The "Student Residence Safety Responsibility Letter" is specially formulated as follows:

First, the scope of responsibility:

1. Organize the dormitory management teachers to study and familiarize with the school's overall deployment and requirements for safety work on a regular basis, keeping in mind that the school's alarm telephone number should be notified in a timely manner if there is an emergency or special situation. ;

2. The apartment management office will guide and train the life teachers before the start of the school every year to improve their management ability and personal qualities, and conduct practical exercises for safety matters. If the fire extinguisher must be used correctly, emergency evacuation, etc.;

3. Pay attention to fire prevention and theft prevention. Everyday life teachers have two safety inspections, mainly student dormitory. Students are required to go out of the lights, close the doors and windows, lock the cabinets, put an end to the use of electrical appliances, and find safety hazards in a timely manner. Confiscation of prohibited items. Serious cases are reported to the Education Department for serious treatment.

4. The dormitory organizes a safety drill every year. Before the exercise, there must be mobilization, written evacuation precautions and evacuation road maps and exercises. Do more practice in peacetime, no chaos in wartime;

5. Every two semester students must complete a duplicate safety agreement;

6. The apartment management office conducts monthly safety education for students through dormitory broadcasts and campus windows.

7. Educate students about safety issues in a timely manner and communicate with parents.

Second, the reward and punishment methods:

1. If there is no major safety incident in the dormitory during the year, the school should consider giving the apartment supervisor and reward.

2. If the work is not in place and there are major mistakes that have consequences, the responsibility of the supervisor and the parties shall be investigated.

Note: This responsibility letter is in triplicate. The director of moral education and the head of the apartment management department shall each hold one copy, and the security office shall record one copy. This responsibility letter shall take effect from the date of signing.
