First, the school duties:

Second, the teacher's responsibilities:
1. Combine the situation of the class, formulate the plan, the measures are specific, and have operability. Initiate students to find hidden dangers in the campus and class, and report them in time.
2. Do a good job in “safety publicity” and use the forms of newspapers and theme classes to publicize knowledge on traffic safety, food hygiene, and electricity safety.
3. Do a good job in “safety education”. Class “Safety Education Day” is set up every week to provide students with self-help and self-rescue education, and pay attention to the methods and methods of safety education.
4. According to the actual situation of the students, set up a “road team”, choose a good team leader, and pay attention to the road team every day.
5. Set up “Safety Supervisor” and “Class Safety Record Book” in the class, and use the morning meeting class to learn and master the situation of each team in the class, student class, midday discipline, and extracurricular activities.
6. The class teacher must ensure that the class students leave school on time every day.
7. Organize students to do safety education before and after activities inside and outside the school. To ensure the safety of students in transportation, food, electricity, fire prevention and activities, such as the occurrence of casualties reported to the school leaders. The student was found to be unwell due to timely hospital treatment and contacted with the parents in time. If the classroom door, window, electrical switch, etc. are found to be damaged, they should be reported in time.
Third, accountability
1. The purpose of formulating this responsibility investigation system is to remind teachers to firmly establish safety awareness, always put the safety of students at the top of the work, and ensure the campus is harmonious and safe.
2. Pay insufficient attention to safety work, the system is not perfect, and the prevention is weak, resulting in accidents. According to the degree of the accident, the responsible person is responsible for the investigation.
3. Anyone who is not responsible for his work and who fails to earnestly perform his duties in the work and directly causes adverse consequences shall bear the responsibility.
4. Qualification for the person responsible for the accident to cancel the annual evaluation and evaluation.
