First, the environment of the times has changed. The nature of the military as a tool for the political tasks of the party has never changed. However, the nature of the military as a tool for the political task of the party has not changed at all. Comrade Jiang Zemin pointed out: "A strong army and a solid national defense have always been the strong backing of reform, opening up, and modernization. They are a reliable guarantee for the consolidation of state power, social stability, economic development, and people's peace." It is not peaceful. The "Taiwan independence" separatist forces are increasingly rampant. The hostile forces at home and abroad are not dead, and they try their best to collude with each other and use political, economic, military, cultural and other means to exploit human rights, democracy, religion, nationality and territory. I tried my best to promote the "Westernization" and "differentiation" strategies for me, in an attempt to subvert China's socialist system. The paradox of "nationalization of the military" completely separates the essential links between the class, the political parties, the state, the army, and the people, and uses the hypocritical "nationalization of the military" to cause the military to surpass the illusion of any party and the interests of the "all people." Cover up the class essence of its bourgeois army. In fact, the so-called democratic countries in the West, no matter which party comes to power, their leaders are the highest leaders of the armed forces. First of all, they must grasp the army to maintain and consolidate their rule. They can’t conceal the essence of not representing the people and only representing the monopoly of the bourgeoisie. . They strongly advocated the "nationalization of the military" in China. The intention is to change the fundamental leadership of the Chinese Communist Party to the military and to change the fundamental nature of our military. Third, the development of the market economy, deepening reform and opening up, the "party command gun" principle can never change China's entry into the new historical period of reform and opening up and socialist modernization, and achieved brilliant historical achievements. With the improvement of the socialist market economy and the deepening of reform and opening up, it has entered the stage of strategic decisiveness to resolve deep-seated contradictions. Reform is China's second revolution, deepening reform, accelerating development, and concentrating on economic construction. This is the fundamental interest of our country and nation. The officers and men of the whole army firmly support and support the reform and show a high degree of consciousness. However, reform is a long-term and complicated historical process, always full of contradictions, difficulties and even risks. The negative effects of the market economy itself are intertwined with various decadent ideologies and cultures, which have a great erosion effect on the ideology and morality of officers and men. Our military shoulders the historical responsibility of safeguarding the territorial sovereignty and social stability of the country, safeguarding the great cause of the motherland's reunification, and providing a strong security guarantee for the country's reform, opening up, and modernization.
