Second, the main problems exist

1. Ideals and beliefs are sometimes affected, and there is insufficient confidence in publishing reform. Although I often talk about it in my mouth and I want to stick to the ideals and beliefs of communism, there are several knots in theory and practice, which sometimes affect myself in the issue of belief: I believe that people are now advocated, benefit the people, increase income, and solve Well, their practical problems of residence, employment, further education, medical care, social security, etc. are more important than communism; they believe that development is the top priority and the last word. In the primary stage of socialism, the first priority is more urgent than communism; The system did not solve the state-owned assets authorization, did not cultivate the market players and the main market brand, and carried out institutional reforms. It was a bit of a hasty. It was unprepared and worried about the success of the reform.

2. Learning is not active enough, and the theory is not enough. The self-consciousness of learning theory is not high. Although it can seriously participate in the study of party groups and branch organizations, there are fewer active learning and less amateur learning. There is pragmatism in learning, and students with close relationship with work are not close. Learning, when you encounter problems, you can turn theories and find policies. When you write an article, you can find the basis and check the information. The actual connection is not close enough. 3. The standards of service grassroots, service management objects and department comrades are not high. It is believed that the director of the agency has difficulty in doing business at the grassroots level. 4. Insufficient spirit of innovation and work in general. Entangled in specific affairs, did not make enough time and energy, go deep into the foundation, go deep into reality, study the hot and difficult problems encountered in the publication market supervision and distribution reform, did not come up with several articles, analysis, insight, and work. Instructive research results; some work lacks predictability, forward-looking, often encounter problems to solve problems, have trouble to deal with trouble, less predictive analysis, work is more passive; lack of enterprising spirit, with age, The passion for innovation is reduced, and the old-fashioned, step-by-step thinking is increasing. I believe that as long as we work honestly, we will not be afraid of the party or the people, and it will not matter if we create innovation.

5. The principle concept softens and relaxes the strict requirements for yourself. The standards for observing political discipline are not high. The reasons for the above problems are various, mainly in the following aspects:

Theoretical arming is not tight. The firmness of ideals and beliefs stems from the maturity and firmness of the theory. Party training standards are not high. The issue of party spirit is the core issue of the ideological and political construction of party members and cadres. The important reason for the problems in the party style of party spirit is that party spirit is not enough to be self-conscious. It is not enough to establish a scientific world outlook, outlook on life, values, lack of courage to criticize and self-criticism, and cannot constantly clean up their own thoughts and reflections. The concept of purpose is not strong enough. Adhering to the party's popular line, firmly establishing the views of the people, and doing good things and doing practical things for the grassroots, the people, and the surrounding comrades are important requirements for serving the people. There is a gap in this aspect. The main reason is the reason why the party joins the party, what the official is doing, what is left in the future, and the practice is weak. It is also wrong to believe that the practice of the party's purpose is to have certain conditions and circumstances. A department like the Press and Publication Bureau does not have much power. It is difficult to serve the grassroots and serve the society. It is like doing work like pornography and pornography. In many places, there are no preparations and special funds. How many things can be done for the grassroots? The deviation in understanding has shaken the concept of serving the people wholeheartedly.

Thought methods and working methods are relatively old. To earnestly and dedication, and to create a situation with enthusiasm, we must work hard in seeking truth, development, and innovation, and strive to create first-class performance. I have a big gap in this respect. The main reason is self-satisfaction.
