Book gift contract template

The donor is ××× and the recipient is ×××. Both parties sign this contract for the gift of the book. The conditions are as follows:

Article 1 Party A will give the postscript to Party B.

Article 2 Party A shall deliver the postscript book to Party B before ××××年×月×日.

Article 3 Party B shall place the books to be presented in the reading room of Party B and appoint an administrator. Member reading is provided, and the storage fee is borne by Party B.

Article 4 If Party B fails to perform the contract or fulfills its obligation to keep it, Party A may cancel the contract.

Article 5 If Party B wants to dissolve the association, the handling of the books it receives shall be in accordance with the instructions of Party A.
