I. Archives and materials

I. Supervision service fees

Second, the payment of supervision service fees

Example: l mobilization prepaid

In order to enable the supervision service to be carried out in time, the owner pays the __ yuan mobilization prepayment to the supervision unit within __ days after signing the supervision contract and the supervision unit providing the performance guarantee.

2 performance guarantee

According to the provisions of Article 5.5.3 of the general conditions of the supervision contract, the owner shall confiscate all or part of the performance guarantee fund of the supervision unit, and shall not affect other payment that the supervision unit shall receive according to the supervision contract.

3 compensation

According to Article 4.1 of the General Conditions of the Supervisory Contract, the compensation unit shall deduct the compensation from the owner from the daily payment to the supervision unit.

4 payment time and payment content

According to the calculation method and payment time of the supervision service fee determined by the supervision contract, the industry pays the supervision unit the fee for the normal service and the additional service, and the compensation for the supervision unit determined according to Article 42 of the general conditions of the supervision contract.

5 payment methods

At the same time of each payment, the owner deducts the mobilization prepayment according to the proportion of the mobilization prepayment to the total supervision service fee; according to the general conditions of the supervision contract, Article 4.1 determines the financial compensation of the supervision unit to the business, each time the compensation The amount of deduction shall not exceed __% of the supervision service fee payable in the current period; when the payment amount of supervision service fee is less than _ yuan, the supervision service fee payable in the current period shall be merged into the next payment.

6 settlement
