Highway engineering construction supervision contract agreement

This Agreement is made by ____ as one party and ____ is entered into by the other party.

3. The Owner hereby agrees to pay the Supervising Unit the fees payable under the Supervisory Contract and the conditions for providing supervision in accordance with the time limit and manner stipulated in this Supervisory Contract.

4. The supervision unit shall, based on the above-mentioned guarantees of the owner, promise to the owner to perform the supervision service in accordance with the provisions of this supervision contract.

5. After being signed and sealed by both parties, this Agreement shall come into effect on ___Year ___Month __, and shall be terminated on ___Year ___ ___ Day, and shall naturally become invalid after the settlement of the supervision service fees in accordance with the provisions of the Supervision Contract.
