OID Pen ID Design Bidding Agreement

This Agreement has initial communication between Party A and Party B, and is signed on the basis of a preliminary consensus on the OID pen ID/ME design quotation and completion cycle.

According to the "Contract Law of the People's Republic of China" and related regulations. After the friendly negotiation between the two parties, the following agreement was reached on Party A’s bidding for product design:

One. Both Party A and Party B jointly determine the industrial design project confirmation.

two. Party B shall submit 3 design plans and a color scheme within 10 days after the signing of this Agreement for Party A to select, and require each plan to provide 2D drawings and process analysis charts.

three. If Party A selects Party B's design plan, it will pay Party B RMB 3,000, and formally sign an industrial design contract with Party B. The first development fee for the industrial design contract signed by Party A and Party B is included in the industrial design and development. Among the contract development costs, or the negotiation between the two parties, the development fee in the subsequent industrial design and development contract is deducted from the contracted portion of the agreement.

four. If Party A does not select Party B's design plan, Party A shall pay Party B RMB 1,000 as participation reward. At the same time, Party A is obliged to keep Party B's design plan confidential.

Fives. This contract is made in two copies, each party holding one.

six. This contract shall be effective only if the parties have signed the official seal and the legal representative. This contract shall become effective on the date of signature and signature by both parties.
