Party B shall order ____ the price of ____ yuan from Party A for ____. Due to the temporary lack of funds, Party A requested timely recovery of the purchase price. According to the relevant provisions of the property trust business, Party A will trust the equipment ordered by Party B to Party C. First order

Party B orders the above equipment according to its own needs. Party A and Party B have signed the __ supply contract on _________. Both parties confirm the provisions of the supply contract. After accepting the trust of the above equipment, Party C shall not be responsible for the delivery date, quantity, quality, maintenance and other matters, and shall be handled by Party A and Party B in accordance with the provisions of the original supply contract.

Second trust

For the specific matters concerning property trusts of Party A and Party C, a separate “property trust contract” is also established.

Article 3

After Party C accepts the property trust proposed by Party A, it is responsible for the sale to Party B. Since Party B is temporarily unable to pay the payment, Party B is required to postpone the payment and is willing to bear the corresponding interest. Ding Fang agreed to guarantee Party B's liability for payment due. With regard to deferred payment, the “Deferred Payment Deed” will be separately ordered by Party B, C and D.

Article 4 financing

The delivery of the above-mentioned trust property shall be directly delivered by Party B to Party B in accordance with the relevant provisions of the original supply contract between Party A and Party B. However, Party A shall deliver the invoice, bill of lading and other transaction documents to Party C, and Party C shall forward it to Party D. Party D shall then urge Party B to complete the bank acceptance procedures in accordance with the regulations. Party C shall accept the acceptance within two days after receiving the bank acceptance draft. The total amount of the draft will be paid to Party A at one time.

Article 5

The payment for the deferred payment from Party B to Party C shall be deemed as the loan from Party C to Party B, and the interest shall be calculated on a monthly basis __‰. The deferred payment shall be settled by bank acceptance bill. Party B shall deposit the acceptance ticket before the maturity date of the acceptance bill, and Party C shall take the initiative to collect the acceptance ticket from Ding Fang on the expiration date of the acceptance bill. If Party B fails to deposit the acceptance ticket to Dingfang in accordance with the regulations, Dingfang shall, in addition to paying by ticket on the due date, execute the deduction of Party B according to the relevant provisions of the bank acceptance contract, and impose fines and penalty interest.

Article 6 fee

Party A shall pay Party A the property trust fee of __‰ for the trust amount, which is __yuan, and shall be paid within two days after Party A receives the payment from Party C for the advancement of the property trust.

Article 7 Supplementary Provisions

This Agreement shall enter into force upon the official signature of Party A, B, C and D. Any party shall not cancel the contract midway, and shall be handled in accordance with the Economic Contract Law of the People's Republic of China in case of default.

Party A shall handle the property trust with Party C. In addition to confirming the terms of the “Property Agreement of Property Trust”, the specific provisions of the property trust shall be supplemented with the following provisions:

1. Party A will prepare to sell the equipment to the ______ unit, propose property trust to Party C, and request Party C to provide financing during the deferred payment period of the purchaser.

2. Party A guarantees the implementation of the supply contract between the supplier and the buyer. Party A shall be responsible for any breach of contract, such as delivery or product quality.

3. Party C agrees to pay the full amount of the payment to Party A in accordance with the provisions of Article 4 of the Basic Agreement on Property Trust, within two days after receiving the bank acceptance bill of the demanding unit.

4. Party A shall pay Party C's property trust fee __ yuan once within two days after Party A receives the advance payment from Party B.

5. From the date of signing of this contract, Party C shall fully recover the principal and interest of the financing from the date of the property trust period. If any unexpected events occur during this period, and Party C cannot recover the principal and interest of the financing on time, Party A shall confirm the rights of Party C. The three parties of B, C and D are the provisions on the deferred payment in the “Property Agreement on Property Trust” of the Trust Word No., further clarifying their respective rights and obligations, and supplementing the following provisions:

1. Party B is required to pay instalments due to the inability to pay the purchase price. Party C agrees to accept the property trust and provide financing accordingly. On behalf of Party B, it will advance the payment to the supplier. Ding agrees to bear the payment guarantee responsibility and issues the bank acceptance draft.

2. The term of the payment by Party B is __year__month. The payment is __ times, and the specific repayment date and amount are:

3. Apply for the procedure, and issue the bank acceptance draft correspondingly according to the date and amount of the repayment of the previous article, and deliver it to Party C in time.

4. The payment for the trust property advanced by Party C shall be deemed as the loan to Party B. In accordance with the bank loan interest collection method, the financing interest shall be directly charged to Party B at the interest rate of 6 months.

5. Party B shall deposit the full amount of the acceptance ticket in the Dingfang before the due date of the bank acceptance bill, in order to prepare the Ding party to pay on time. If Party B fails to deposit on time, Ding Fang shall, in addition to the issuance of a blank cheque, impose a fine of 1% on the face value of Party B, and shall take the initiative to deduct the acceptance of the ticket and the deferred payment period in Party B’s bank account. A penalty of 20% interest on interest and interest.

6. Party C shall directly collect the acceptance ticket from Dingfang through the Bank's payment of the bill on the expiration date of the acceptance bill, and recover the financing. Dingfang shall pay the acceptance money unconditionally.
