Debt and stock attached gift contract

The donor xxx and the recipient xxx are hereby donated for the creditor's rights and the stock. The conditions agreed by both parties are as follows:

Article 1 Party A voluntarily grants the second record of creditor's rights and shares to Party B, and Party B is willing to abide by the contractual burden obligation.

Article 3 Party A shall, at the same time as the establishment of this contract, transfer all the rights and credits listed in the preceding article to Party B.

Article 4 Party A and the debtor xxx shall sign the private certificate of the money loan contract and the relevant rights certificate file and the stock of x, which shall be delivered to Party B on the same day.

Article 5 Party A guarantees that the gift of the target is still valid, and that the debtor xxx has no set-off or mitigation and the elimination of the debt, or other defects.
