In accordance with the unified arrangements of the party committee, I participated in the Southern Education Investigation Team. From October 21, I took a week to visit and inspect Nanjing Baijiahu Elementary School, Baijiahu Middle School, Wuxi Liyuan Elementary School, Shanghai Fan. Seven schools including Yanzhong Middle School, Wanhangdu National Primary School, Zhejiang Haining Experimental National Middle School and Haining Experimental National Primary School have a close understanding of the dynamics of education reform and development in the economically developed areas of the South. Talking about feelings, like a spring breeze, a refreshing look. I have further broadened my horizons, broadened my thinking, found the gap, and clarified the goal of struggle, which can be said to have benefited a lot.
During this trip to the South, I got three inspirations:
The advanced concept of running a school is the foundation of school management.
Throughout the seven schools, there are advanced school-running theories. For example, Baijiahu Guoxiao puts forward the management philosophy of “people-oriented, development-oriented, innovation-based” and “lays the foundation for the development of students’ life, and is responsible for the future progress of the nation. "Let the classroom revitalize the vitality of teachers and students", "Without the sun, flowers and grass will not be open; without love, there will be no education; without incentives, there will be no innovation" education ideas; Wuxi Liyuan Elementary School proposed to let students The goal of "learning to be a person, learning to learn, learning to innovate"; Shanghai Wanhangdu Road Guoxiao proposed the management goal of building a research-oriented teacher group; Zhejiang Haining Experimental Elementary School proposed the construction of the theory of education--> teaching mode-- > The idea of ​​a new pattern of education reform in the series of teaching evaluation.
These advanced educational concepts reflect forward-looking and scientific nature. It can be said that the rise of the above schools first benefited from the new school concept of the principal. As Suhomlinski said: "Leading schools, first of all, are educational leaders, and second is administrative leadership." It is because the principals of these schools practice Suhomlinski’s theory very well. Only when we finally found the entry point of school management, we realized a fundamental change from experience type, business type to thought type and research type. In particular, the president of Shanghai Wanhangduguoxiao Zhang has become more prominent in this respect. He proposed that teachers in the 21st century should be prepared to cross four thresholds: First, bilingual teaching, that is, non-foreign language subjects should use foreign language teaching, both in the mother tongue and in foreign language dialogue, which is an important factor in coping with the 21st century and international standards. Initiatives to train more international talents; second, learn to use modernized information technology, not only use information technology to teach, but also learn to use modernized information technology to acquire knowledge; third, humanism requires teachers to have considerable thickness Humanistic heritage, personal charm; Fourth, there is a higher moral cultivation. His concept shows a strong sense of advancement and innovation, which is worthy of our deep thought.
In order to build a famous school, we must take scientific research as the guide and dare to seize the commanding heights of modern education.
As Xu Yiming, president of Nanjing Baijiahu National Primary School, said: "The promotion and development of the school depends on scientific research. At the same time, scientific research must be the guide. Everyone must have scientific research consciousness. The principal must carry out the scientific research ideas throughout the teaching management. Large-scale projects to integrate small topics and make them networked, thus driving the school's education and scientific research work to a new platform." During the visit, we also deeply felt the strong research atmosphere of several schools, such as Baijia Lake. The "10th Five-Year" Project to be Declared by the National Elementary School: "Study on the Construction of Children's Culture", the "Incentive Education in the National Primary Stage" of the Xiaoyuan Small Country, "School-based Curriculum and Research Study" in Shanghai Panyu Middle School, Wanhang Duguo The small "learning to participate" education, the "curriculum reform experiment" of Zhejiang Haining Middle School, etc., gave us profound enlightenment in education reform.
In order to build a famous school, we must vigorously develop the characteristics of the school.
During the visit, I became more and more aware that if you want to have a place in many schools, you must create your own brand, which is to create your own characteristics. Just like a colleague said: "If a school is like a piano, like a symphony orchestra, you have to play beautiful music. You must play different sounds by different keys or different musicians. If everyone sends the same sound. This symphony can't be played." The school first finds its own coordinates and forms its own characteristics of running a school. With its characteristics, it has vitality. The schools we visited are all distinctive, such as the research course of Shanghai Panyu Middle School, science and technology education, the construction of “study group teachers” of Wanhangdu Road, the special class and experimental class of Zhejiang Haining Middle School, and the experimental class of Haining. Small curriculum reforms, various activity training bases, etc., have left a deep impression.
In combination with the reality of our school, I have three experiences in my investigation of southern education:
The concept of running a school must be further sublimated and continuously enrich its connotation.
The advanced concept of running a school is the foundation of school management, and the advanced concept of running a school must be based on practical exploration, and must conform to the actual situation of the respective schools. If necessary, adopt “takenism”, but it can also adopt “improvement”. "Doctrine" can be bypassed. Our school pays attention to the refinement and sublimation of educational concepts, gradually establishes the exploration of three-dimensional education, and builds a new, three-dimensional, multi-layered and interactive education pattern, which promotes students' active, harmonious and all-round development. In practice, we feel that this mode of running a school is still very much in line with the actual situation of our school. It is only necessary to further enrich its connotation and make it more perfect. At the same time, we decided to make further attempts in the following aspects:
The first is to further optimize the educational environment, organize students and parents to select “My Favorite Teacher”; select the “image ambassador” among the students; establish a family small bookstore in the family, and guide students and parents to read excellent literature. And write a reading experience or a sense of reading, and so on, and then select the "Top Ten Cultural Family." The second is to realize the network of moral education, requiring teachers, students, classes and qualified family leaders to establish their own web pages and e-mails, to guide teachers and students, parents and teachers to conduct online dating activities, and set up a network. On the "Little Lotus Chat Room", the integration of modern information technology and moral education work is realized. The third is to actively participate in the preparatory work for the curriculum reform and new textbook pilot schools, conscientiously organize the preparation of school-based curriculum, vigorously strengthen the classroom teaching reform, and conscientiously carry out the teaching reform of the disciplines of the Ministry of Education's basic education project. The experimental research project of the experimental school project and the research project of "Study on the theory and practice of research learning" of the "10th Five-Year Plan" of Shandong Education Science. Scan the shortcomings of traditional education, establish a democratic and interactive relationship between teachers and students, and promote the development of cooperation between teachers and students. Advocate students to take the initiative to learn and explore learning, provide students with more development opportunities and full freedom, cultivate students' sense of innovation and practical ability, so that the use of classroom channels can be solidly promoted.
If a school wants to continue to develop, it must constantly update itself and stick to the forefront of education reform.
First of all, the principal must always guide the work of the whole school with advanced educational concepts, and must internalize the advanced educational concept into the conscious action of the majority of teachers. The education of alchemy can't just stay at the level of leadership. It should make the upper and lower parts become a harmonious machine. Through the command of the central system, “let every gear rotate”. How to make every teacher learn to study the ability to have sustainable development is a question that the principal must first consider, and it is also a question that every cadre teacher must seriously consider. I believe that to solve this problem, all cadres and teachers must be actively involved in the reform of education and teaching, devoted themselves to education and scientific research, and constantly enrich themselves and improve their quality. To this end, we must, like Shanghai Wanhangdu Road, be committed to the cultivation of research-based group teachers, and establish and improve the training evaluation incentive mechanism, strive to explore the general rules of research-based teacher growth, and create a good environment for the growth of famous teachers. .
If a school wants to continue to develop, it must take the path of open school.
Relying on community resources and opening a school to open a door can be described as a double bird: not only can the advantage of the community's talent resources, but also the advantage of the community's capital, such as the small football, billiard and Go training base in Zhejiang Haining Experimental State The above two advantages have been exerted. Their training bases have nothing to do with the schools from fees and fees. We have examined other schools in terms of opening schools, and each has its own merits, such as various experimental classes and special classes. Therefore, I think that in terms of opening up schools, our thinking should be further liberated. Let's open up and live like the South. We must broaden our thinking. Don't let our eyes shackle in the small circle of the school. We must be good at using the eight sides to explore the inside and outside of the school. The various potentials that promote the sustainable development of schools.
In short, after the investigation of the South, after careful understanding, experience, and reflection, I further enhanced the sense of crisis and the urgency of accelerating development. On the basis of careful summarization, I am determined to follow the deployment of the party committee and rely on the experience of the advanced regions to further enrich and enrich myself, closely link with the actual situation of the school, further refine and improve my strategy of managing the school, and strive to make myself truly ideological and research-oriented.
