In the past three years, under the care and guidance of leaders at all levels, through the joint efforts of the members of the Chinese language group, the experimental language group of the "self-study-reflection" subject of our school has achieved good results. It is summarized as follows:

Self-study and reflection on the subject experiment enables the whole group of teachers to actively learn and consciously update the teaching concept. The role consciousness of "interlocutor", "organizer" and "promoter" in teacher teaching has been strengthened, and the teaching methods of Chinese teachers have undergone profound changes. The subject experiment has greatly promoted the improvement of the teaching theory level, business quality, teaching and research reform ability of Chinese teachers in our school, and promoted the rapid development of young language teachers in our school and became a fresh team in Chinese teaching.

The ingenious combination of the implementation of the new textbooks and the research of the subjects has made our school's Chinese teaching alive and full of talents. Wang Gongzheng, a member of the county curriculum reform expert group and the school's academic director, successively gave demonstration classes such as "Pharaoh" and "Lotus-Mother" to the Chinese language teachers of the county. They participated in the class reform coordination conference and the county's quality courses and lectures. Problems in the experiment;

1. The teacher's own language literacy needs to be further improved.

2. There are not many peer-to-peer activities, and the “dialogue reflection method” that reflects on the teaching behavior through discussion and exchange with other teachers needs to be further strengthened.

3. Experts are not leading enough.

4. There is little effort on a difficult problem in teaching practice.

5. Very few teachers have the traces of “wearing new shoes” and “taking the old road” when implementing the teaching behavior with the new curriculum concept, and go through the field when researching the subject.
