Iso9000 study report

I have heard of ISO9000 certification. It is a kind of management system certification, which is a basic standard that must be possessed by enterprise management quality. To a certain extent, this certification has formed an international management system standard, many Foreign companies can understand the management system model we currently belong to through our certification system. When I first entered the company, I was still thinking, why didn't we have a 9000 certification? Time passed by, and after more than a year of growth, our certification work is also in full swing.

I am even more honored to have participated in the training provided by Mr. Liu from the Great Wall Quality Assurance Center for our company. Through the training of Teacher Liu, I have a deeper understanding of the significance of ISO90001. During the training, Teacher Liu mentioned more than once that our company has applied for three certifications in a short period of more than one year since its opening! There are a lot of companies, just applying for a certification is enough to make them feel helpless, and our three certifications are implemented in an orderly manner.

QES management system is the abbreviation of quality, environment and occupational health and safety management system, including ISO9001 quality standard, ISO14001 environmental standard and ISO28001 occupational health and safety standard. Among them, Q stands for quality, E stands for environment, S stands for safety, and stands for occupational health and safety. The theoretical essence of QES management system is: adhere to the idea of PDCE cycle; all proceed from reality; seek truth from facts, work methods of rational thinking; prevention-oriented, continuous improvement thinking mode; systematic thinking, pragmatic pragmatic work starting point; A proper scientific evaluation method. By continuously promoting the continuous improvement of PDCA, the management system is more efficient, optimized and applicable. The QES management system requires that corporate management behavior be under control, that is, there must be a clear rules of the game that all employees and all parties concerned should follow. Requires management work stylization, archiving, and standardization. According to this methodology, each enterprise can establish a QES management system that suits the characteristics of the enterprise. The QES management system includes the QES Management Manual, QES Program Files, Inspection Procedures, Technical Standards, Work Instructions, Management Systems, and Record Files and Forms.

How pleasant it is to be able to integrate into such a great family as Binhai COSCO! The so-called one person got the road, the chicken and the dog ascended to heaven; a little girl like me, in the golden rim of the sea, and I felt that I was a lot brighter.

This training is mainly for the ISO9001 quality management system. Teacher Liu said that this management system is based on eight principles. This includes customer focus, leadership, full participation, process approach, systematic approach to management, continuous improvement, fact-based decision making and a mutually beneficial relationship with the supplier.

Among them, the most important principle is the role of leadership, because the task of leadership is to establish a unified purpose and direction for the enterprise, and should create and maintain an internal environment that allows employees to fully participate in the realization of organizational goals.

Teacher Liu said that the principle of applying leadership usually requires: Considering the needs of various interest groups as a whole, including customers, organization owners, employees, suppliers, financial institutions, local communities, and society. Establish a clear vision for the company's future. Set challenging goals and objectives. Establish and maintain shared values, fairness and ethical models at all levels of the company. Building trust and eliminating fear. Provide our employees with the resources, training and autonomy they need to carry out their responsibilities and obligations. Inspire, encourage and recognize our contributions.

This principle will allow us to understand the company's goals and objectives and motivate us to work in this area; we will assess, collaborate and implement activities in a unified manner; and reduce communication misunderstandings across all levels of the organization. The article is organized by

One of its basic principles is to focus on the customer, the company depends on the customer, so you should understand the customer's current and future needs, meet customer needs and strive to exceed customer expectations.

Focusing on customer focus often requires: investigating and understanding customer needs and expectations. Ensure that business goals are aligned with customer needs and expectations. Communicate customer needs and expectations across the enterprise. Measure customer satisfaction and take action on results. The system manages customer relationships. Ensure that the balance between the customer and other interest groups is met.

This will increase revenue and market share through flexible and rapid response to market opportunities. Improve the organization's effective use of resources to enhance customer satisfaction; improve customer loyalty and retain repeat customers.

Another basic principle is continuous improvement. Things are constantly evolving and undergo a process from imperfection to renewal. People's requirements for the outcome of the process are constantly changing and improving, such as the level of quality of service. This development and demand will drive the organization into improvement. The company should establish an adaptation mechanism that enables the company to adapt to this changing requirement of the external environment, and enhanced adaptation is continuous improvement. The existence of a company determines the existence of such needs and continuous improvement, so continuous improvement is an eternal goal.

Applying the principle of “continuous improvement”, the company should continuously improve the performance of the organization through a consistent approach throughout the company; provide training for our employees on methods and means of continuous improvement; and continuously improve products, processes and systems as within the company. The goal of each member; establish goals to guide, measure and track continuous improvement.

The eight principles also include three methodological principles, namely, the process approach, the systematic approach to management, and the fact-based decision-making approach.

Process approach: When activities and related resources are managed as a process, the desired outcomes are achieved more effectively. Reduce costs and accelerate work efficiency through effective use of resources; and get improved, consistent, and predictable results. Focus on opportunities for improvement and prioritize.

Identifying, understanding, and managing interrelated processes as systems helps organizations improve the effectiveness and efficiency of their goals. The meaning of "system" here refers to the comprehensive consideration of a set of elements in the enterprise that are required to achieve the goal. The collection of elements constitutes the system. The relationship between elements and system components and the whole. A system is itself an element relative to a primary system above it. As a result, the connections and impacts of subsystems, systems, and environments are created. The elements in the system are not simply arranged. The order, association and composition of the elements determine the structure of the system.

Effective decision making is based on data and information analysis. The outcome of success depends on careful planning and correct decision making prior to the implementation of the activity, and decision making is the process of selecting the best course of action before the action. Applying fact-based decision making, companies should ensure that data and information are sufficiently accurate and reliable, that data/information users can get data/information, use the right methods to analyze data, based on factual analysis, weigh experience and intuition, make decisions and Take measures. Decision-making is sensible, enhances the ability to validate past decisions based on facts, and enhances the ability to assess, judge, and make decisions.

The other two principles of ISO9000 are full participation: employees at all levels are the elements of the company, and full participation enables each person's ability to serve the interests of the company. Encourage employees in the company, gain the commitment and participation of employees; reform and innovation to create the company's goals; employees will be responsible for their own performance, and will be enthusiastic to participate in the continuous improvement process and actively contribute.

Mutually beneficial relationship with the supplier: The company and the supplier are interdependent, and the mutually beneficial relationship enhances the ability of both parties to create value. The good cooperation and communication between the enterprise and the supplier will ultimately encourage the company and the supplier or partner to enhance the ability to create value, optimize the cost and resources, and combine the market or customer requirements to make a flexible and rapid response and ultimately both parties Get the benefits. Apply this principle to establish a relationship with the supplier on the basis of a comprehensive balance of short-term benefits and long-term benefits; share expertise and resources with suppliers or partners; identify and select key suppliers; clear and open Communication; evaluate and encourage the improvements and results achieved by the supplier.

Teacher Liu also introduced us to the PDCA cycle, also known as "Dai Ming Cycle", referred to as "Dai Minghuan". Proficiency and flexibility in using the PDCA cycle method is important to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the quality management system.

P--Planning: Establish the necessary goals and processes for providing results based on customer requirements and organizational guidelines;

D--implementation: implementation process;

C--Inspection: Monitor and measure processes and products according to policies, objectives and product requirements, and report the results;

A--Disposal: Take measures to continuously improve process performance.

The PDCA cycle theory exists in all fields, including people's professional work, as well as daily life. It is used by people continuously, officially or informally, consciously or subconsciously for everything they do and every activity. .

In short, the training brought me a lot of gains, I believe my companions and my experience are the same. I also believe that our COSCO Binhai will not be like a company that has no qualifications when it is certified. We are a hard-working company and we have a brighter future!

Finally, I am very grateful to the company leaders and colleagues for giving me this opportunity to participate in the training!
