Tea is China's largest beverage. Hainan's tea plays an important role in the Chinese tea industry. It cherishes a wide variety of varieties, tea processing technology is ripe, the area of tea production is vast, and the characteristic tea is popular all over the world. To this end, we are on Hainan. The distribution of tea origin and the natural conditions of its superior growth were investigated.
Research study report research topic: Hainan's distribution of tea production area and its superior growth natural condition group leader: Wang Jinghui panelist: Mao Weiwei Wang Jinghui Ke Weiling Yu Jiahong Zhou Hongjun Instructor: Liang Zhenfeng Research methods and steps: 1, group, division of labor; respectively Check the Internet, check the books, ask the geography teacher, etc.
2. Filter the information you have checked and select the most useful information.
3. Reorganize the information and sort out a report.
Research purposes: Hainan specialty tea is well known, and the product makes it feel refreshed and sultry. So, what special teas does Hainan have? Hainan has what kind of superior conditions to make such a good tea. The distribution of tea production in Hainan and its superior natural conditions were investigated.
Investigation report:
In the comprehensive research activities of the school, five of our group and the instructor proposed this topic together. The focus of this topic is analysis and evidence collection, combined with the growth environment of tea, and the area where tea is mainly grown in Hainan. The natural geography environment is compared and the conclusion is drawn. The main structure of this survey report is: firstly introduce the general optimal growth conditions of tea trees, and then list the main teas of Hainan tea, Wuzhishan, Baisha and Wanning, and their growth. The required environment, by introducing the natural conditions of the above three places, finally draws conclusions.
First, the conditions for tea growth conditions The basic requirements for temperature and heat of tea tree growth:
Tea trees prefer warm climatic conditions and have certain requirements for temperature and heat. Under the proper temperature conditions, tea trees can grow well. When the temperature is between 10 and 35 degrees, tea trees usually grow normally, at 20-25 degrees. The fastest growth, the tea shoots grow slowly or stop when the temperature exceeds 35 degrees. In the spring, the average daily expectation is stable at 8-14 degrees, the winter buds of the tea tree begin to germinate. When the temperature drops to about 15 degrees, the new shoots stop. Growth, but the root system usually stops when the temperature is lower than 8 degrees. Therefore, in most parts of China, tea trees can not grow normally in winter, and they are in a dormant period. In some areas, freezing damage will occur due to low temperature in winter. In addition to the temperature requirements, the tea tree also has certain requirements for the accumulated temperature. Under normal circumstances, the more accumulated temperature of activity than 10 degrees in a year, the longer the growth period of the tea tree. The accumulated temperature of the tea tree is more than 10 degrees per germination. It is 760-1060 degrees.
Basic requirements for water conditions for tea tree growth:
Moisture is one of the basic conditions for ensuring the normal growth of tea trees. The rainfall is insufficient and the air humidity is too low, which is not good for the growth of tea trees. Precipitation is the most important source of water in tea gardens. The annual precipitation to ensure the normal growth of tea trees is generally above 800 mm. During the growth of tea trees, the monthly precipitation is usually not less than 100 mm. When the precipitation is less than 50 mm in the month, the tea trees are deficient in water. The relative humidity of the air also affects the growth of tea trees. It is generally believed that the air in the tea growing season is relatively suitable. Humidity is 80%-90%, less than 50% is unfavorable for the growth and development of tea trees, and the tea leaves are coarse and hard, and the quality is reduced.
Basic requirements for the growth of tea trees:
Tea trees have certain requirements on soil conditions. Generally, soil layers are required to be deep and well drained. In particular, the soil is acidic, and the pH is most suitable at 4.5-5.5. The soil with a pH higher than 6.5 cannot grow tea trees. The soil suitable for growing tea in China is mainly 4. There are brick red soil, red soil, red soil, yellow soil, yellow brown soil, brown soil, cinnamon soil and purple soil.
Attached: Hainan tea distribution map 2, the Wuzhishan city growing in Wuzhishan area has an annual average temperature of 22.4 °C, no cold winter, no cool summer, four seasons like spring. The main characteristic tea produced there is Kudingcha and water full tea.
Kudingcha Kudingcha is a holly plant that is suitable for growth in tropical and subtropical climates. According to the Ming Dynasty, Li Shizhen wrote in the "Compendium of Materia Medica" that "tea tastes bitter cold... the most fire can be reduced, the fire is a disease, and the fire is on the fire. Hey, "The "Medical Supplements" of the Tang Dynasty famous doctor Chen Zang recorded that "long-term food is thin and fat," and "Herbal Supplement" records that "long-term food is thin, and human fat" is also the "standard drug dictionary". Containing "bitter tea is bitter and bitter, cold and non-toxic, it is necessary for cold liver and scattered wind..." It can be seen that Kudingcha has: lowering blood pressure, blood fat, eliminating heat and reducing inflammation, preventing phlegm and hangover, eliminating weight loss, and promoting physical metabolism. Health benefits, suitable for daily drinking, is an ideal pure natural green health drink, "take natural, drink naturally." Hainan Island Wuzhi Mountain, 1867 meters above sea level, year round clouds, rainy and humid climate, soil is loose and fertile, is bitter Ding tea is the most ideal growing area: it is the unique natural environment that gave birth to the unique quality of Wuzhishan Kudingcha. Therefore, Hainan Wuzhishan Kudingcha is so well-known at home and abroad.
Water full of tea full of tea is also the supreme tribute of Hainan green tea. Tea is full of Wuzhishan wild tea. It is born in the cloud for many years. It has the essence of heaven and earth, it is sweet and sweet, and it has anti-cold, diarrhea, stomach and wake-up effect. Wuzhishan wild tea is more than 10,000 mu, and the existing transplanted tea plants are arbor-type, large-leaf species, tree-stand erect, high branching, oval-shaped leaves, leaf ridges, shallow blunt leaves, hairless leaves, high trees 11 to 12 meters, tree width 7 to 8 meters. Mainly distributed in the Wuzhi Mountain area, the output is small, suitable for making green tea. The reason is that the tribute is because the growth conditions of the water full tea is too unique, placed in the mountains and clouds, only The clouds are haunted, and the Wuzhishan mountainside in the fairyland can satisfy its growing conditions.
3. The characteristic tea white sand green tea white sand green tea grown in Baisha County is produced in the Baisha Farm of Baisha Li Autonomous County, Wuzhi Mountain, Hainan Province. The Baisha Li Autonomous County is located in the northwest of the middle section of the Limu Mountain Range and the upper reaches of the Nandu River. The terrain is high in the southeast and low in the northwest. The mountain area accounts for 41.9%, the county has 440 mountain peaks, more than 20 peaks above the altitude of more than 1,000 meters, and the southern Yinggeiling is the highest peak, 1812 meters, which is the second highest mountain in Hainan after Wuzhishan. There are 30 large and small rivers, including Nankai River, Shilu River and Zhubi River, which are famous for the three major rivers in Hainan. Baisha County has a tropical monsoon climate, high temperature and rain, sufficient light and heat, and the annual sunshine is more than 2056 hours. The average temperature is 21.9°C~23.4°C, and the average annual rainfall is 1725 mm. The climate of the mountainous area is outstanding. The tea-producing area is located in a small basin 10 km below the Yinggeling Mountain in the county. It is surrounded by mountains, the rivers are vertical and horizontal, the soil is fertile, and the rainfall is Filling, cloud-filled, mild climate, belongs to the alpine cloud area. The average annual foggy day is 215 days, the average monthly temperature is 16.4-26.9 °C, and the temperature and photosynthesis is strong. It is a natural place for tea production. State-owned Baisha Farm is The main producing area of sand green tea. At present, the area of tea garden in Baisha Farm has grown to more than 5,000 acres. The tea trees planted are Hainan, Yunnan Big Leaf and Fujian Narcissus, and Wuyou are four excellent varieties. Their characteristics are: leaf replacement, flower development, The actual formation is carried out locally, so Chashan is green all the year round, with lush foliage in all seasons, long and tender buds, high quality and high yield. In 1993, the output of dry tea has reached 5,000.
Fourth, the characteristic tea growing in Wanning is a tropical monsoon climate with mild climate, small temperature difference and high accumulated temperature. The annual average temperature is 24 °C, the coldest month average temperature is 18.7 °C, the hottest month average is 28.5 °C; the whole year is frost-free. The weather is pleasant; second, the rainfall is abundant, the annual average rainfall is about 2400 mm; the third is the long sunshine, and the average annual sunshine hours is more than 1800 hours. The first model net organizes the article...
The tea in Dongshanling is famous because it absorbs the moderately rich organic matter in the local soil, and benefits from the mountains and rivers, the clouds, the dew, the green leaves of the tea, the furry. The newly picked tea leaves. Chew in the mouth, there is a bitter taste at first; then it is the sweet fragrance of the lungs. After scientific processing, the tea leaves are bright and clear, taste like licorice, and fragrant. The scientific analysis report confirms that the tea contains human body. The necessary 9 substances and 17 kinds of amino acids, of which the content of soluble calcium and magnesium is very high. This also proves the neutral and highly fertile soil of Wanning.
In fact, there are still a lot of special teas growing in Hainan. We only give some representative teas here. There are only a handful of contents mentioned, which certainly cannot satisfy the requirements of readers and schools. In the future geography, We will learn more about the environment of plant cultivation. The middle school students of our research topic, Hainan Tea Association, Hainan related scholars will continue to work hard to contribute to the tea planting, development, sales and prospects of Hainan.
