The ability of vegetarianism is not suitable. Knowledge overdraft, lack of ability, relaxed self-learning, neglected the cultivation of knowledge ability, learning consciousness, initiative is not strong, do not want to squeeze out time learning, find objective reasons for themselves, relax themselves, even if Time can't sit down and don't go in. I despise theoretical study, business-related places of study, and other little attention. I am arrogant in theoretical study. I believe that the space hole does not go deep, and the theoretical literacy cannot keep up. It is not thorough enough to grasp the situation and understand the overall situation. Ideas need to be further updated. Work is in accordance with the rules, step by step, not seeking comprehensive development, lack of initiative and creativity, content to cope with their duties, only to complete the task, not seeking excellence. Not seeking meritorious service, but seeking nothing, there are not many reform methods, and innovative thinking is not alive. The specific performance was that when the unit held a symposium, there were not many constructive suggestions for business work, which was obviously inferior to other comrades, indicating that they did not consider the work in depth and the problems were not comprehensive enough.

Business knowledge needs to be further enhanced. The approval business of various departments has not really been thoroughly understood, and there are obvious deficiencies in this respect. Sometimes, when the client asks about the department involved in the approval project, it is impossible to say which department to look for first and which departments are needed.

The above are my own problems that have been discovered through learning, investigation, talks, and the help of comrades. These questions have sounded the alarm for me in a timely manner.
