Report on learning about kindergartens
According to the deployment of the CSRC, from May 9 to 11, XX, 27 directors and assistants of Country Garden Chain Kindergarten visited Shanghai China Welfare Association Kindergarten, Shanghai Oriental Kindergarten and Shanghai Victoria Kindergarten.
The three kindergartens are all famous in Shanghai, and the directors are all well-known directors in China. From the record of the sign-in, there are several batches of domestic counterparts coming to visit and exchange every day. They gave us a high-standard reception, carefully prepared a high-level teaching demonstration class, and enthusiastically introduced the development of kindergartens, so that we can taste the latest reforms of early childhood education in Shanghai, with distinctive features and quality. They warmly received, accompanied by the whole process, and provided us with beautiful fruits, drinks and snacks.

First, an excellent kindergarten must be a kindergarten that is actively reformed. The three kindergartens have their own characteristics. The Zhongfu Club Kindergarten pays attention to children's self-reliance and self-reliance. The park has set up a variety of functional places such as cooking room, painting room, creative room, indoor swimming pool, taekwondo training room, etc. It is extremely rich, and children can choose to participate. The director hires professional teachers from outside. The regular activities in the park, such as Christmas Day activities, sports games, food festivals and graduation ceremonies, are grand and very "tact", allowing children to fully experience and feel deeply. Especially in Shanghai Victoria Kindergarten, the park is not big, but every place can see the children's learning process, fully embodying the educational philosophy of the ibpyp course. The Zhongfuhui Kindergarten Garden is a large area, and they pay attention to the large-scale environmental arrangement of the theme activities. The Oriental Garden has just been refurbished, the decoration materials are relatively high-end, and the color matching is very warm.
Third, excellent kindergartens pay great attention to teacher training. Through regular teaching and research activities in the park, the company interacts closely with the outside world, frequently receives domestic early childhood education peers to come to the park for exchanges, research projects, etc., greatly improving the teachers' practical and research capabilities. Director Mao Meijuan of Oriental Kindergarten, who is also the leader of Shanghai education and scientific research, training instructors and judges, brought back many of the most advanced concepts and practices to teachers in the park. The heads of the three kindergartens introduced their experiences in Japan, Europe, Australia and other places. It is obvious that they often go abroad.
