Third, the work process

High school education. 1. Establish a high school principal's competitive recruitment system. High school principals are vacant, and the Education and Sports Bureau recommends 2-3 vacant positions in strict accordance with the selection criteria and procedures. Based on the current situation and focusing on the long-term, we will integrate the structure of the teachers in our county in 2-3 years. The teachers who are not suitable for high school teaching in Minnan High School and Weinan Second High are enriched to teach in the middle school; teachers who do not adapt to the teaching of the middle school are enriched to teach at the national level. From the in-service teachers of ordinary high schools in the field, 39 key teachers of around 35 years old were recruited and enriched to the high school teachers in our county.
