2019 School-based Training Program

Second, training content and requirements
The program for this school year is completed no less than 48 hours. The details are as follows:
1. Teacher's moral education
The training content mainly includes: "China's small teachers' professional ethics", "Liaoning Province China Small Teachers Professional Code of Conduct", school-based training 5 hours.
2. New course training
The training content mainly includes: curriculum standards and new teaching materials training , curriculum reform objectives, content, new curriculum and teaching reform, and interpretation of curriculum standards. Focus on new textbook research and new course case analysis, school-based curriculum development theory and practice. Training for 20 hours.
3. China's small management and education
The main contents of the training are: "Several Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Further Strengthening the Ideological and Moral Construction for Adults", and China's small psychological moral education. Study 5 hours.
4. Chinese young teachers' mental health education
The main contents of the training are: teacher psychological and mental health. Study 5 hours.
5. "Subjects"
The main content of the training : the expansion and update of subject professional knowledge, the problem solving of classroom education and teaching. School-based training 10 hours.
Third, the relevant requirements
1. The village-level national small group established an independent training group, and the principal is responsible. English, music, fine arts, sports and other disciplines set up discipline teaching and research groups, led by the teaching and research team leader. The new course for teacher training is independent content, and other projects are unified content for all staff.
2. Each training group must establish a training theme with the problem in the school-based training activities, and then carry out the training. After the event, there must be a summary.
3. The above content is compulsory. After training and passing the assessment, 1 point is counted for every 10 hours.
What kind of teachers should teachers be in the new era?
