First, the guiding ideology

Guided by Deng Xiaoping's educational theory and the important thinking of the "Three Represents", according to the spirit of the city and district principals' training and teacher training programs, combined with the requirements of the new round of basic education curriculum reform and the reality of our school's education and teaching work, focusing on teachers Comprehensive quality, professional level improvement and construction of a more reasonable faculty structure to serve the needs of curriculum reform, based on the overall development of students. In order to make teachers become capable of sustainable development and independent development, new teachers with lifelong learning and educational innovation capabilities lay the foundation.

Second, the overall goal

1. Improve ideological and political literacy, professional ethics, run schools according to law, educate according to law, and launch a group of ethics and morals.

2. With the implementation of the new curriculum standards as an entry point, all teachers will be further transformed into educational ideas, educational concepts, educational methods and teaching methods to enhance knowledge renewal and expansion.

1. All staff training

Promote the transformation of all teachers' educational theories, educational methods, and teaching methods.

Content: Political thought and teacher moral education, new development of teaching reform, exploration and study of education and teaching practice.

Ways: lectures, seminars, study tours, etc., combined with self-study, focusing on practical activities.

Timing: Every Friday, political business study, from time to time to participate in seminars at all levels.

2. Academic education

Objective: Encourage teachers to participate in further studies in the university and continue to upgrade their academic qualifications.

Content: Professional knowledge, education, psychology, and education management in various disciplines.

Way: Self-education.

3. Youth teacher job training

New teacher who has worked for less than three years

The goal is to make the teachers who have just graduated to school adapt to the actual situation of education and teaching in our school as soon as possible, to help young teachers get familiar with the education and teaching business as soon as possible, to be competent in the post work, and to improve the quality of the teaching staff.

Content and requirements of teachers' professional ethics, education regulations, school management system, class guidance work, education routines, new curriculum concepts and education and teaching art. Under the arrangement of the school, the young teachers should be the backbone teachers, carefully ask the masters, take the initiative to ask the master to guide the class, listen to the evaluation class and check the lesson plans. Young teachers should have no less than 30 sessions per semester.

Form of activity: a combination of reports, lectures, observations, discussions, and mentoring and pairing.

4. New course training

V. Safeguard measures

1. Set up a school-based training leadership group to build a school-based training management network. Establish an advisory group composed of principals and senior teachers to guide the training content, curriculum setting and training process.

2. Actively participate in various teaching and research activities. Each semester invites relevant education experts and teaching and research personnel to come to the school to give special lectures. Relying on the preparation of the course group, we will carry out effective teaching and research activities to promote the construction of subject teaching; relying on various training courses , improvement classes, and training courses to carry out youth teacher training activities and promote the construction of teachers; relying on the regional research department , carry out special research, promote education and scientific research, and improve the level of teaching and research.

3. Introduce a tilt policy and establish an incentive mechanism. Link the teacher's business training with post appointment and semester assessment, and record it in the teacher's business file, and strive to build a team of teachers with complete disciplines and excellent quality.

4. In combination with the school-running situation and the level of teachers, there are plans to arrange discipline teachers to participate in city, district-level training , training and observation.
