V. Training requirements

1. Formulate training plans. The training time is no less than 240 class hours. Teachers must teach lesson plans, establish a strict attendance system, and establish a complete account for teachers, student rosters, job corrections, and inspections.

2. Effectively guarantee training expenses and ensure heating, teaching materials and teaching aids in training venues.

3. Develop a strict study and attendance system and pay a fine of 10 yuan per day for those who do not participate in the study. The leavers must self-study and make up their own classes, and do not participate in the study and plan for the "Star Civilized Households" assessment.
