Daily work

1 Do a good job in the attendance work in the department, strictly follow the attendance system, assist the information workers in each class to do the student's attendance, and achieve “fairness and fairness”.

2 Require the information officers of each class to submit the attendance status of the class to the department office on a weekly evening. It is easy for the students in the learning department to summarize and collect the statistics in time, and cooperate with the sports department students to do morning exercise summary and attendance. 3 In order to strengthen the students' attention to the evening self-study, and let the students have enough study time, organize the staff to check and report on the evening self-study every night.

4 Weekly statistically good attendance will be announced in the propaganda column of the No. 1 teaching building on the following Monday, and in order to make the class teachers promptly and easily understand the attendance information of the class, the learning department will publish the weekly attendance information in the electromechanical On the blog.

5 In order to improve the enthusiasm of the information workers in the class, the learning department will evaluate the information staff and give certain rewards.

1. There is a big difference between the university and the high school. In order to make the 07 freshmen adapt to the university life as soon as possible, they will position themselves correctly, avoid detours, hold a new learning experience exchange meeting, and introduce the experience to the new students. 2. 2008 is the Olympic year, promoting the National Olympics. In order to let college students understand the Olympics and let the students pay more attention to the Beijing Olympics, the Learning Department will hold the theme competition of “2008 and Beijing Olympics” in mid-April.
