Our company will organize professional personnel to seriously check and control dangerous processes, key equipment and key positions. Hidden dangers, do a good job in the maintenance of various types of equipment and safety facilities, strengthen the inspection of lightning protection facilities, re-planned the drainage system in the plant area, inspected the emergency drainage pump, and improved the flood control capacity. Strictly strengthen the management of chemical storage tanks, warehouses and open storage chemicals to prevent safety accidents caused by cracks in tanks, barrels and cylinders caused by high temperature and pressure increase, especially to strengthen the monitoring of major dangerous sources and drugs, and take effective measures. Measures to prevent chemical spills leading to fire, explosion and poisoning accidents.

In short, through this safety inspection, some weak links in our company's safety production have been exposed, which will promote the safety production level in the future. In order to implement and implement the spirit of the notice of the Group's activities on the "100-day safe production without accidents", consolidate the sustainable and stable safety production situation of the new coast, strengthen the safety awareness of all employees, and promote the realization of the goal of production safety, according to the company's requirements, we The project department has always adhered to the principle of “safety first, prevention first, comprehensive management”, and combined with the actual work of the first phase of the port building project, launched a comprehensive safety hazard investigation and management special campaign. The status of the activities is now reported as follows:

1. Organizational leadership:

In order to strengthen organizational leadership and implement responsibilities, our project department set up a special leadership group for safety hazards, Chen Hui as the team leader, Li Jianpeng as the deputy leader, and Cheng Yang as the team member.

1 The main project of Jian'an Company is nearing the end, the personnel are relatively loose, and the safety awareness is relatively weak; only one safety officer is on the scene; the tower crane driver has the habit of habitual illegal operation; the outside unit personnel do not wear the helmet at the scene, and the management has problems; The frontal protection part of the road and the corridor was destroyed and not restored; the fire extinguisher in the canteen was about to expire.

2 The hanging basket installed on Huahui curtain wall has not been tested; the worker climbed into the hanging basket from the second floor, and the safety rope placed was not locked with a safety lock.

3 The security officer of Qingkou Foundation did not arrive at the scene; many people did not wear a helmet; the cable was not buried, and the mess was piled up.

3. The hidden dangers have been issued and the rectification notice for safety hazards has been issued and rectified within a time limit. All units are required to raise the awareness of safety production for all employees, strengthen the level of safety production management, implement responsibility, and conduct less than two safety inspections per day.

Third, the reasons for the existence of many hidden dangers:

In accordance with the relevant spirit of the Education Bureau on China's small security investigations, our school organized a meeting of leaders of the leadership team in time, and set up a safety work investigation team. On December 3, 2019, the school and surrounding areas were investigated for safety work. The learning environment, school buildings, circuits, duty, fire prevention, theft prevention, daily safety education for students, sports facilities, traffic safety, and order around the campus were thoroughly investigated.

Problems in the investigation and corrective measures:

School Building: My school building was newly rebuilt in 2019, and there are no security risks. The brick structure is sturdy and durable, with no signs of cracks and signs. School buildings, toilets, and campus walls are not dangerous. At present, there are no security risks in the school building.

Campus Safety: The school leadership team inspected the guardrails around the campus and conducted investigations on sports equipment. There were no safety hazards.

Circuit: All the electrical appliances, power supplies and lines of the classrooms, corridors, multimedia classrooms, and other rooms and boiler rooms of the school have been carefully and meticulously examined. Anti-theft: The school has staff on duty during the day and night, responsible for the safety of the school. Valuables are placed in a safe place with security windows to prevent theft.

Traffic safety: In order to ensure that students do not have accidents on the way to school or on the way to school, the inspection team conducted a survey on the surrounding environment of the school. It was found that the students’ school roads were somewhat confusing, especially the school gate was about 100 meters. When students were crowded, the students were crowded. Fire safety: The school has carried out investigations on key parts. In November, our school added fire extinguisher equipment to these parts, and carried out secondary pressurization on the original fire extinguishing. There was no safety hazard.
