Summary of construction safety production monthly work

According to the arrangement of the xxx City Construction Bureau on the implementation of the 2019 Safety Production Month, the Party Committee of the Bureau decided to carry out a safety production month with the theme of “treating hidden dangers and preventing accidents” in the construction industry of the city. On May 24, 2019, the "Notice of the xxx Construction Bureau on Launching the Safe Production Month in 2019" was issued, and the " Safe Production Month" campaign was deployed. The director of the " Safe Production Month" was established. For the leadership team of the deputy leader, a plan for the “ Safe Production Month” campaign was developed. We mainly do the following work:
First, carry out security publicity activities in depth.
On May 25th, the SIPO convened a mobilization meeting for the “ Safe Production Month” activities of the construction company legal representatives, project managers, and security officers and leaders of all levels and heads of various departments of the city, and deployed “ safe production”. The "month" event put forward specific requirements for the event, and the " Safe Production Month" kicked off.
During the event, we organized various construction companies to carry out more than 1,000 answers to the “Ankang Cup” safety knowledge contest organized by the State Administration of Work Safety, more than 100 promotional banners, thousands of small slogans, 58 sets of safety charts, and printed leaflets. One thousand copies, deep into the construction site, and publicity and distribution on the streets. Second, carry out major inspections of safe production.
During the safe production month, we carried out a large-scale inspection of the safety work of the city, a total of 39 projects were inspected, 26 hidden dangers were rectified, 2 were stopped, and 20 were supervised. A total of 130 hidden dangers were investigated, including 30 safety management, 15 civilized construction, 20 scaffolding, 27 three treasures, 27 tower cranes, 16 construction electricity, 11 material hoists and 7 construction machines. Through this inspection, it is found that the following problems still exist:
1. Safety management: The project manager is not on site or multiple projects are the same project manager; the safety data is the same, the plagiarism is serious, and the corresponding plan cannot be compiled in this project; some special operators are undocumented.
2. Special safety funds for construction units: This problem is still stuck in the program. It has not been implemented. It is only reflected in the information. Party A has not really allocated special funds. In this way, the safety production investment of the construction unit is not guaranteed, and the construction unit tries to cut corners and reduce the safety production cost. The barbaric construction brings great hidden dangers to safety production.
3. Construction cranes: The Regulations on the Safety Supervision and Administration of Construction Hoisting Machinery was implemented on June 1, 2019, and it has become a strong backing for strengthening the management of lifting machinery. We carried out a special treatment and inspection of the tower cranes in the city, and found that some tower cranes did not go through the filing procedures; there was no crane disassembly and installation and installation qualification.
4. Supervising unit: “Regulations on Safety Production Management of Construction Engineering” and “Procedures for Construction Safety Supervision” clarify the responsibilities and obligations of the supervision unit, but the safety awareness of the supervision personnel has not been improved, quality, light safety . And the safety information of supervision is very different.
Fourth, the next step of work requirements.
1. Improve the construction site safety management organization, equip the full-time safety personnel according to the regulations, strengthen the construction safety management, and eliminate the phenomenon of multiple project managers. Promote the establishment of a comprehensive management system that standardizes management, standardizes operations, and civilizes the construction site, establishes a model, and forms a good safety production atmosphere.
2. Increase the management of the establishment of units to perform safety duties, and further enhance the supervisory personnel's sense of responsibility in performing safety production and improve the safety supervision of supervisors in accordance with the requirements of the Regulations on Safety Production Management of Construction Projects and the Rules for Construction Safety Supervision. Ability to play the role of safety supervision, and notify supervisors and personnel who fail to perform their safety duties and do not supervise according to regulations.
3. Strengthen the investigation and inspection of the tower cranes, supervise and urge the filing of the records, and encourage enterprises to apply for the installation and disassembly of the lifting machinery.
The “ Safe Production Month” activity has been successfully completed and achieved the expected results, but safety production is a long-term and requires constant work. We must further strengthen safety production management, implement various liability systems, and strengthen construction site civilization.
