In order to conscientiously implement the "Notice on Printing and Distributing the Work Regulations for the Safety Management of Special Equipments in Shandong Province" issued by the Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau and the spirit of the "Notice on Implementing the Main Body Responsibilities of Enterprises to Carry out the Safety Standardization Evaluation of Special Equipment Use Units" by the Municipal Quality Supervision Bureau, further Standardize the company's special equipment safety management behavior, ensure the safety of special equipment in use, and implement the main responsibility of the unit for the use of special equipment. I. Establishing a management organization and implementing management personnel

5. The emergency rescue plan for the accident is highly operational and the exercise is carried out in an orderly manner.
