In terms of the strategic deployment of the development of our village, the two village committees have always attached importance to the harmonious development of economy and society. Our village was awarded the title of “Xiaokang Village” by the Jiangbei District People's Government in 1998 and was named “District Level” in XX. Civilized village." Safety production and supervision

For the enterprises in our village, dangerous buildings, projects under construction, special equipment, etc., my workstation did regular safety inspections and established a detailed safety worktable account. In this year, there was no safety accident in our village. In this year's August rainstorm disaster, we cooperated with the Street Comprehensive Management Office to do the relevant work, and distributed the “Disaster, Landslide, Earth and Rock Flow and other geological disasters, disaster prevention and avoidance cards” to the public, and implemented 24-hour monitoring on key disaster areas. At the same time, the villagers who received the threat of heavy rain were promptly transferred and evacuated, thus ensuring the safety of people's lives and property and minimizing the losses caused by heavy rain.

Governance work

This year, we have carefully planned the security environment in our jurisdiction, determined key remediation areas, formulated remediation plans, and implemented remediation measures. In particular, we will strengthen public security patrols for major holidays such as the Spring Festival, New Year's Day, and National Day to ensure the safety of the villagers' lives and property and ensure that the villagers can live a safe and peaceful holiday. Through the effective management of the past year, there are no criminal security cases in the village, and the villagers generally report good.

Conflict investigation and dispute resolution

In-depth investigation of social hot spots and difficulties, and resolution of civil conflicts and disputes is an important basic work to maintain social stability in our village. My village and village security and mediation organizations regularly go to the villagers to seriously investigate and promptly find outstanding hotspots, difficult problems and civil conflicts, intervene in mediation in advance, resolve conflicts and disputes at the grassroots level, and solve the bud. In 2019, on the basis of actively implementing the “three systems”, the mediation committee of our village further strengthened the investigation of contradictions and mediation of disputes. In response to this problem, our village intends to use a large number of blackboard newspapers, legal bulletin boards, posting slogans, hanging banners, and distributing promotional materials to promote, learn and train in the form of “comprehensive publicity month”. At the same time, we must especially strengthen the education of key populations, especially the legal education of young people, improve the family, raise the legal awareness of young people, and ensure the healthy growth of young people.

Second, the lack of funds and personnel

In view of the comprehensive management work, although our village has set up a special comprehensive management workstation, we are deeply dissatisfied when we perform our duties specifically. This is mainly due to the lack of funds and personnel. In terms of funds, there are not many budgets for comprehensive management. In terms of personnel, there are mainly two problems: First, the comprehensive quality of the existing full-time staff needs to be improved; second, the number of people involved in the comprehensive management of the entire village is limited. . In response to the literacy issue, in addition to the staff self-charging for the business, it is also hoped that the relevant departments at the higher level can strengthen the special training for this part of the staff to improve the overall professional quality of this part of the staff; for the lack of quantity, my workstation will The village will further tap the members who have the potential to be competent in relevant work. At the same time, we will also make rational use of the “village officials” and resident cadres of the university students sent by the higher authorities to enable them to do the work of public education and education in our village. In addition to this, I also hope that the relevant departments at the higher level can plan to send special talents such as "legal propaganda" to our village on a regular basis, so that such "promoters" can help strengthen our village.
