Project Safety Manager Year-end Work Summary

Since entering the xxx project department as a security officer in February 2019, I have always kept a clear-headed, diligent and down-to-earth attitude towards my work. Strictly demanding that you fully implement the guiding ideology of "safety first, prevention first, comprehensive management" in your work, strengthen safety production management, under the correct leadership of xxx managers, the trust and support of relevant company leaders and colleagues, I am very fulfilled with a positive attitude and I am very fulfilled in this year's work.

First, the main work contents in 2019 are as follows:

1. In line with the "people-oriented, words and deeds", we strictly enforce the safety education of employees, and educate employees to "speak safely and everyone understands safety." 40 times of three-level safety education and training, and 608 people were educated. The safety of each technical work type and team was 42 times.

2. Strengthen the unified management of labor protection articles, establish account books, achieve unified purchase, unified distribution, control the use of unqualified labor protection articles, and effectively ensure the personal safety of operators.

3. In combination with the local dry climatic conditions, in order to prevent the occurrence of fire, all employees are organized to conduct fire drills, popularize the use of fire extinguishers, and configure fire extinguishers in the living area and construction site in accordance with fire protection requirements. Take precautions against the combination of prevention and elimination.

4. In the safety month activities in June, use slogans and pictorials to vigorously promote the leading ideas of “scientific development and safe development”. Actively resound the participation in the safety knowledge competition organized by the company. In the safety knowledge competition organized by the owner of the Salt Lake Group, on behalf of the general contract, Zhongye Jiao Naiyuan won the second place in the 32 competition teams, which was fully affirmed by the owners and the general contractor.

5. Implement safety standardization management, build a unified steel processing zone and woodworking processing zone on site, and temporarily use electricity to strictly standardize the distribution box according to jgj46-XX. In order to facilitate the live life of workers and ensure work efficiency, rest areas, tea rooms and smoking rooms are set up in each construction area.

6. Organize the relevant files issued by the company in a timely manner, so that the management personnel can understand the new requirements of the company for the project. And accurately report the security account on time, so that the company leaders can dynamically grasp the site security situation and provide guidance to the site.

Second, there are deficiencies

Although the work in the past year has achieved certain results, there are still some shortcomings, mainly due to insufficient familiarity with new knowledge and new norms, inadequate preparation of the program, and untimely update of the security accounts. The work is not active enough and the method is not innovative. The problem could not be found in time. In the future work, I must seriously summarize the experience, overcome the deficiencies, and strive to do a better job.

Third, next year's work plan

1. Study carefully and be familiar with the safety rules of various operating procedures. Seriously study safety laws and regulations, strive to improve their own quality and work ability, and fulfill their duties with due diligence, due diligence and as soon as possible.

2. Carry forward the tireless and enterprising spirit. Strengthen learning, be brave in practice, pay attention to collecting all kinds of information while learning, widely absorb various "nutrition", pay attention to learning methods, correct learning attitude, improve learning efficiency, and strive to cultivate yourself with solid theoretical foundation and practicality.

3. Timely do a good job in the safety training of personnel admission and the safety technology of each type of work. Establish a secure ledger and keep it up to date.
