First, carry out ideological initiation, pay attention to learning improvement and theoretical arming. Third, fully exchange ideas and earnestly carry out criticism and self-criticism. On the basis of learning and training, finding problems, and talking about each other, all the staff will open a democratic life meeting with high quality. At the meeting, the unit leaders and all the staff will seriously reflect on their own ideas, work and styles in accordance with the requirements of the “creation” activities.
