Unconsciously, time has passed more than a month. During this more than a month, I have had a lot of feelings, the first time I went to work in the countryside, the first time I worked with rural women, and so on. It is with so many first time that I feel that life is full and meaningful. I feel that it is not hard work but enjoyment in rural work. Time flies, I have been a university graduate for a year, and the microfinance technician is the first official job in my life, so I value it.
In the process of training, the hard work of this work has been known. But I was born with a disappointment, and I insisted on completing the training and ended the devil-style training with excellent results. After learning about the cities and counties I assigned, I chose to work and exercise myself far away from home. On the first day, I went to the grassroots credit cooperatives and felt that many things were strange. Under the leadership of the director of the grassroots credit agency, we came to the place where we stayed, and the heart was cold. Is this the place we live? The conditions are so bad, nothing. The bed is not enough to sleep, the water is not convenient, and so on. But gradually I adjusted my mindset, and we can create conditions without conditions. It is necessary to give play to people's subjective initiative and to work and live with a positive attitude. If we don't say anything, we will pick up the broom and clean it. If there is no running water, we will go to the water and work together. The men’s water, the women’s sweeping, and the hard work of everyone, we made the house clean and set up the office. Young is capital, we are united and help each other, there is nothing we can't do. With a good living and working environment, we quickly invested in rural work. After getting in touch with the local town government and agreeing on the time, we went to the deputy mayor's office to learn about the situation of the local towns and villages and got the contact numbers of the heads of the village committees. We have selected a village with better credit to carry out work. The next day, led by the old staff, we came to the village to make a presentation. The local village secretary worked very well with the work and immediately called the villagers to meet the village committee. This made us very encouraged and came a lot of people. They can't wait to understand the products of our loans. Due to the climate, we can't give them a unified presentation. We take a one-on-one form and even take a one-to-many approach to the presentation. When it comes to UNPROFOR, they are dumbfounded and say that this is not possible, that will not work. Say what close relatives can't be harsh in a group. Let us make concessions, for which we have done a lot of work before, to answer and explain the situation one by one. In the end, because they did not understand the regulations and products, and even some people threatened that our products have no market in this village, etc., which made us suffer. But at this time, I said to myself to be calm, not to be influenced by their emotions. Listen carefully and register their opinions and go back and sum up. In this way, after some trials with the villagers, I worked harder. The more opinions they give, the more they are interested in our products. The hard work pays off, and after our tireless explanation, they understand our rules and express their obedience. In this way, under our guidance, this village group has a good group of customers, and at this time we feel a little comfort from the heart. There is a group of customers, this is progress. We must take care of this fruit, and I am working hard to prepare the content of the class and agree with them. The next day I went to the farmer's house half an hour earlier to prepare for class. Because I was attending classes for the first time, I was very nervous. But soon I calmed down and completed the first day of work in an orderly manner. I have summed it up here. Because it is the first time that the class is a little nervous, what we have to do is to let them relax and not be nervous. After teaching the content of the class to them, they are not too demanding because they are the first class and their ability to accept is a bit poor. What we can do is as long as they mean similar things, don't say them word by word. Everything needs to be done step by step, and so is the class for them. In this way, they come to class every day, regardless of whether it is windy or rainy. With the joint efforts of all of us, we successfully completed five days of training. The next step is the exam. They are very nervous because they feel that if they fail the exam, they will not get the loan. Yes, tension is normal, we comfort them, as long as the normal play, the test is no problem. There was a small episode in it. One of the women was informed by the examiner about the five-person joint insurance. She was nervous and she had to jump out, no way. She came to a sentence, she did not want to lend. This is too difficult, she can't answer. At this time, I comforted her not to worry, think about the content of the class, and finally, with the help of the members of the same group, she completed the exam. But this gives us a revelation to avoid this situation in the future review. Because we have to be from the customer's point of view, do not make the atmosphere of the venue too serious. After all, they did not go through too much formal education. However, they finally passed the exam and obtained the first loan we issued.
It was because of the successful distribution of the first group of loans that the villagers in this village had rushed to apply for loans. This is unexpected! The more we do, the more we are careful, because we have to choose some quality customers, and with the first group of successful experiences, our work is going very smoothly. Unconsciously, after a month, I developed three groups of customers. After the loan was issued, I began to reflect on the shortcomings of this month's work. I have to be very careful in the face of some situations, because we must be careful in this work to prevent some bad habits from appearing. This month, I found that some of our training content is not of interest to customers, and that the exams are not so strict, etc. I think this is a challenge! Because my work is to be done in strict accordance with the rules and regulations. There is also the level of understanding of our customers on the rural credit cooperatives, and will we have a better understanding after our service in the village.
Gradually, after the work is finished, I will think that if other banks follow the example of our rural credit cooperatives to organize a group of microfinance officers to work in the countryside, can our services grasp the customers tightly? Even when some banks cut the loan interest rate lower than we are, what do we compete with? Finally, I summed it up, the customer is cultivated, we have to use our quality service to cultivate a large number of high-quality customers, we are not afraid of competition. We must constantly improve ourselves in the competition, serve customers with enthusiasm, and firmly grasp customers.
