1. Fully understand the spirit of the conference and conscientiously arrange the deployment of standardized school-running behaviors
In the process of promoting quality education, our town takes classroom reform as the core, grasps the collective preparation of lessons, and grasps the collective teaching and research. The education and teaching level of teachers has been greatly improved. Although the results are gratifying, the problems cannot be ignored. For example, individual school students are too long at school, and individual teachers are engaged in sea tactics. The burden of students' work has increased. To this end, after the 3.10 conference, first of all, we convened a meeting of the Chinese small leaders of the town, carefully studied the requirements of the city's education and teaching work conference on standardizing school-running behavior, and revisited the "xxxx city education bureau to further standardize the ordinary Chinese small "Opinions on School-running Behavior" and "Notice of Baoding Municipal Education Bureau on Reaffirming the Overburden of Students in Over-Compulsory Education Stages"; Secondly, teachers of Chinese small organizations are required to study the new "Compulsory Education Law" seriously, and according to relevant requirements, The school conducts in-depth and meticulous self-examination and self-correction; thirdly, the head office establishes a leading group for the school-run behaviors in the normative education stage, sets up a report phone, increases the supervision of the implementation of relevant regulations in each school, and regulates the school-running behavior of each school.
Second, take effective measures to fully implement the work of standardizing school-running behavior
1. Strictly control the time of students at school. The general school shall formulate a unified schedule for work and rest. Schools shall not advance or postpone the school to ensure that primary school students do not exceed 6 hours per day, and no more than 7 hours for students in the school. Each Chinese is serious about formulating extracurricular activities and actively carrying out various extracurricular activities. Activities, daily inter-class exercises, eye exercises, and one hour of physical activity per day. The school is focused on collective teaching and research, strengthens education and teaching research, reforms classroom teaching mode, guides teaching with advanced concepts, improves classroom teaching effects, and stimulates students to learn independently; teachers select work content, improve work quality, and resolutely put an end to the arrangement of a large number of machinery. Sexual and repetitive work, advocate the placement of flexible work, each school's teaching office adopts irregular inspection methods to strengthen the management and coordination of various operations. At present, my town's first and second grades do not leave homework, and the other grades are controlled within one hour, and the number of operations in the country is no more than 1.5 hours per day.
3. Strictly implement the curriculum plans promulgated by the state and the province. My town earnestly opened writing classes and reading classes to ensure that “five to five don’t” should be used to supervise the curriculum reform, especially the “sound, body, beauty, labor” and “two courses”. In the inspection, the schools that did not open the course were exposed and given serious treatment. The exposed units should not be rated as “advanced units”, and the principals of the notified schools should not evaluate the first. At present, all the Chinese small schools in our town have already opened courses, but individual schools cannot open, good, physical and aesthetic courses.
4. Adhere to the scientific concept of evaluation. Comprehensively evaluate the development of students, do not use "scores" to discuss heroes, do not use academic scores as the sole criterion for assessing students, and strictly control the number of examinations. The national primary examinations are only conducted once per semester, and the national middle school only conducts interim and final two times each semester. Exams, students' test scores are not published, and grades are applied to students' evaluations. At present, our town has successfully completed the assessment of the compulsory education stage of the previous school year, and the number of small examinations in China has been significantly reduced.
5. Strengthen the education of teachers' morality, strictly assess the morality of teachers, and continuously improve the moral quality of teachers. All the small Chinese teachers in our town often organize teachers to study the "Teacher Law", "Chinese Little Teachers' Professional Ethics" and the advanced personal deeds of teachers and teachers, learn modern education theory, and require teachers to have a spirit of dedication and love, establish a high sense of responsibility and dedication, care Respect every student. The main reasons are as follows: First, due to the influence of exam-oriented education, the idea of “score first” is still deeply rooted; secondly, teachers are afraid of “study in the middle school entrance examination” and “small exams”, and leaders and parents “promoting crimes”; third is the classroom teaching effect of individual teachers. Poor, students cannot learn the subjects they teach.
3. The evaluation of students is hierarchical in form, but it is still a percentage system. The main reasons are as follows: First, the current examination is still based on the percentage system.
