Summary of school annual assessment work


Under the leadership of Director xx, with the help of xx school district comrades, our assessment team has successfully completed the annual assessment of 8 schools in the xx school district, 3 national small schools, and 2 nine-year consistent schools. The brief report is as follows:

First, the overall situation

1. All schools pay great attention to this assessment work. School-level leaders are all in place to receive assessments. Teachers can cooperate with various conferences and actively evaluate the principals.

2. The schools generally attach importance to the system construction, and the various systems pay attention to the compilation of books, and the books are rich in materials. At the time of assessment, there is a special person to cooperate and provide materials in time to facilitate the inspection of the assessment team.

3. All schools attach great importance to safety work. Both the account book and the principal's report can be clearly reflected. Teachers also recognize that “safety is more important than Mount Tai”.

4. The performance-based wage policy is generally welcomed by mountain teachers. The key is that 70% of the cards sent to the card are already higher than the original salary. The mountain teachers have already seen the benefits. Old teachers also believe that even if the last 30% are gone, they are satisfied.

Second, the main problems exist

1. The quality of teaching is generally low, the quality of teaching and research activities is not high, and there are very few schools seeking to improve the quality of education and teaching by research methods.

2. There are not many activities in science and technology festivals, art festivals and reading festivals, especially the scientific and technological activities.

3. There are very few seminars on moral education, which are generally scattered in the teacher conference on Monday. Because teachers are more disgusted with the weekly meeting, the moral education work has not really received attention. In addition, mental health education is generally weak, although nominally equipped with part-time teachers, there are very few psychological counseling.

4. The management level is not high, far from meeting the requirements of scientific management. Some schools rely on the good governance of schools, some schools rely on high-pressure means to govern schools, some schools rely on rough methods to govern schools, and some school principals are not aggressive, and even if they can stabilize the school, everything will be fine. The collective leadership of more school teams is not good, and many middle-level cadres are only principals and lack a sense of ownership. Good relationship with the principal, the front of the saddle, the ran for the errands; the relationship with the principal is not good, deliberately slap, work dry.

Third, the assessment results

The schools with higher assessment points are Fenglinfu and Hope Guoxiao, Lingtou Middle School, Zhangxi School, Hesheng Middle School and Yantan Middle School. The principals with higher assessment points are the principals of the above schools and other school-level cadres. There are no schools below 80% of the average assessment score, and there are no school-level leaders below the average score of 80%.

Fourth, some thoughts

1. Grasping the degree of education normative management

There is no rule that is not a square, but too much emphasis on quantification, too much emphasis on the ledger, may lead to fraud prevalence. Once falsehood becomes a habit, it will endlessly endanger. If you go to the other extreme, there is no scientific evaluation system, and it will not work. For example, if the principal is unqualified, the teacher has the final say. If this is the case, it is a simple assessment and a typical human governance performance. Our assessment is neither the teacher's final say, nor the bureau leader's decision, nor the assessment team has the final say. We are comprehensive assessment, and we are pursuing scientific management.

2. The legitimacy of performance pay

There is nothing wrong with the general direction of the country, it is against egalitarianism, and it advocates more work and more rewards. However, how to define performance must be carefully and carefully considered. If the violation of the principles of education, violation of the law of education, and the inconsistency with the education regulations, as a reward content, may lead to a major retrogression in the development of education science.

3. Balanced development of education has a long way to go

Compulsory education is first of all fair education. Schools enjoy educational resources fairly, teachers receive education funds fairly, and students enjoy the right to education fairly. But all this, the mountains are still a dream. Of course, I don't think it is impossible. In the next few years, the country will definitely introduce policies. It is expected to be initially realized by 2019 and the education balance will be basically achieved by 2020. As a county-level educational administrative organ, we must judge the development trend of education and consider the future in the early stage of the education policy to promote the long-term development of Yongjiajia education.
