Through this activity, I realized that only in the usual work, I am daring and careful, observing the production situation, and having all kinds of safety knowledge, can effectively prevent accidents. Now it is the peak water supply period and the rainstorm season, which deals with us. Water quality has a big impact. In this month, I had three heavy nights in the night shift, which was a great test for me, but through my efforts with the master, the heavy rain did not pose a threat to us, ensuring that the water was ready to reach the standard. After we take over, we first check whether the medicine is sufficient, whether the equipment is normal, and avoiding insufficient use of the medicine to affect production. Due to heavy rain, Nangou sewage flows into the West Lake and polluted source water. We observe the Nangou situation every half hour, check the source water turbidity for half an hour, understand the water quality, adjust the pesticide in time, and ensure the water quality in advance. Water quality, I and the master shuttled back and forth between the observation deck of Nangou, between the sedimentation tank and the open channel, without stopping for a moment. Because the rain is too big, the umbrella does not seem to work, usually squatting down and drenching. The Nangou began to drain, and I stepped up the number of source water tests. The higher the turbidity, the more the water began to smell. After we asked for leadership, we began to add activated carbon, and at the same time notified the chlorine stop. After a night of rain and wind, we worked hard, not only quickly reached the standard, but also achieved safe production. It was my luck to meet the rainstorm. Although it was hard, it made me understand that accidents should be treated correctly and prevented and dealt with.

As a deputy class, I work with the main duty every day to do safe production. Every time I transfer the shift, I carefully assist the main duty to check various production conditions such as equipment, tools, chemicals, water quality, etc., to prepare for the production work. I have not been working for a long time, and my safety knowledge and production experience are relatively small compared to the masters. The safety month gave me a chance to learn and practice. On the evening of June 4, the new system North metering pump leaked the drug, the south metering pump pumped the gas, the dosage was too small, and no fa guaranteed the new system water quality. At the crucial moment, the teacher Guo Jianhua on duty reported the leadership in time, closed the new system, adjusted the valves of the new and old systems, and increased the amount of drugs. Through a series of measures, the water quality before filtration is guaranteed. This incident made me ponder. If I encountered a similar incident, could it be solved? First of all, we must calm down and quickly come up with a solution to the fa, and report the leaders in a timely manner.
