Summary of the work of the 2019 Science and Technology Association Project Department

In just over two months, I really felt the beauty of college life, especially the Science and Technology Association Project Department, which gave me a platform for self-presentation. "The opening can say, the pen can be written, and the event can be done" is the purpose of the Science and Technology Association Project Department. With regard to these three aspects of ability, I have improved a lot compared with the opening of school.

I clearly remember the situation when I interviewed the Science and Technology Project Department. That afternoon, with a timid heart, I stepped onto the stage and started my self-introduction. During the introduction, I took a look at the ministers below and many of the students who came to interview like me. Suddenly, I felt an invisible pressure. At that moment, my speech began to become vomiting, and the language that I thought of below became a clue. Standing above I found out how timid I am and how unconfident I am. The confidence in the weekdays all went to the clouds. Now, although I can't reach the realm of eloquence, I can convey one thing to others completely, even in public, I can say it with ease.

"Writing" is a big problem for me. I don't have a solid literary foundation, and I don't even know the steps of planning a book. This is just the condition of my school. It is different now. Although I can't write beautiful texts, I have learned a lot of formatting and basic content. I feel that I have learned a lot of useful things in the department and exercised my abilities.

In the more than two months of the department, some small activities were successively undertaken. There are many things in the activity that I have a deep understanding of. The first time I did something, I started to complain a little. On the day of the college sports meeting, we went to help the sports department to move the chair and lift the table, while the internal affairs department of the sports department rarely did it. Now I want to come, I feel very embarrassed, the departments should have mutual help, it is normal to help other departments work. In addition, the department also hosted lectures on the five major activities and training in the erp sand table simulation. Before the start of the lecture, during the process of arranging the venue, due to the rush of time and the improper allocation of personnel, the venue was not completed within the expected time. This made me realize that there must be arrangements for doing things, and that they should be implemented according to the plan. In the next erp sand table simulation training, our staff allocation is more detailed. Among them, I am responsible for applying for the classroom, and I will get it quickly. Although this is not a big deal, I feel that my ability to do things and the efficiency of doing things have greatly improved.

In the last regular meeting, the Minister asked us three questions:

First, what is your most proud thing since entering the student union?

Second, the most confusing question?

Third, think that the department or the student will most need to solve the problem?

For these three questions, I did not hesitate to say that I met four ministers who were outstanding, understanding, and eleven friends who care about each other and help each other. In this big family I feel warm and see harmony. When I started school, I was very confused about what I was going to do with the department. I was confused for a while. After the minister’s enlightenment, it is now clear that he has entered the department. The department gave me a platform to exercise comprehensive skills. I also tried my best to complete the tasks assigned to me by the minister and let my ability improve. I have been working in the Science and Technology Project Department for more than two months. A greeting from the Minister on weekdays, a newsletter in the festival, makes us feel very warm. But in the entire student union, not all departments have the kindness of our department. Therefore, what the student union needs to solve most is to establish a good relationship between the minister and the officer, so that the work of the department can proceed smoothly.
