First, the main work continues to study and practice the scientific concept of development, and strive to practice the "three supremacy" guiding ideology
1. Seriously organized and carried out the "Implementation Plan for Activities" in the theme of "Promoting Tradition, Firm Faith, Law Enforcement for the People". Strictly organize and implement the "XX-2019 All-Union Court Education and Training Plan", and integrate education and training into the overall layout of the court work, so that the ideological awareness, organizational leadership, work measures, and tasks are in place.

3. In the construction of judicial work style, we will actively participate in activities such as “judges entering the community and litigation zero distance” to strengthen the education of the people's views.
The second is to strictly enforce the code of conduct of judges. Seriously implement the "Basic Guidelines for the Professional Ethics of Judges", "Standards for the Conduct of Judges", and "Basic Norms for Civilized Terms of the People's Courts".
4. In the construction of court culture, the central government's core values ​​are integrated into the thinking and work of every police officer through concentrated learning, exchange seminars and knowledge contests.
The second is to quantify the content of the core values ​​of the judiciary through the construction of institutional culture, especially the construction of the performance appraisal system for police officers.
The third is to enhance collective cohesion and combat effectiveness through the construction of spiritual culture. In particular, we will carry out the typical tree selection activities and use the typical models around us to drive the work of the All-Union Court to provide a strong judicial guarantee for the sound and rapid development of Xing'an League's economy and society.
5. In team management, the first is to fully perform the duties of coordinating management and strengthen the construction of the grassroots people's court team and the committee.
The second is to further improve the performance evaluation mechanism. According to the requirements of the High Court and the Party Group of the Intermediate People's Court, the evaluation will be intensified and the overall work level of the Court of the All-Union will be comprehensively improved.
The third is to strengthen the construction of grassroots teams. Do a good job in the training and internship and distribution of talents. Actively coordinate and implement the "Interim Measures for the Open Selection of First-time Judges and Prosecutors", and use the blanks as the first-time judges of the grass-roots courts to form candidates, and form a long-term mechanism.
The fourth is to do other management work. For example, improve the professional security of judges, actively seek the support of relevant departments, and improve the ranks of police officers. Seriously do a good job in promoting the new version of the court personnel information management system. Strengthen the management of retired veteran cadres and work for the work committee.
6. In the personnel system, the first is to strengthen the introduction and effective allocation of human resources development. We will conscientiously implement the tasks and measures set out in the Outline of the National Court's Talent Team Construction Plan, establish a talent pool, and promote the foundation of the talent system of the court system.
Second, vigorously promote the system of competition for posts, establish and improve the working mechanism for competitive selection of cadres, and improve the credibility of the candidates.
The third is to cooperate with the reform of the classification management system for the promotion of personnel in the High Court.
7. To build a learning-oriented political work as a platform for self-construction, strengthen the education, training and practice of political cadres at the two-level courts, improve the overall quality of the team, strengthen service awareness, and improve work style.
In particular, strengthen research work. We will sum up the advanced experience and management philosophy of the grassroots courts in a timely manner, and continuously improve the management level of political work in the courts of the All-Union and the ability to serve trial execution and management of political affairs.
