Operating room summary

In the short four weeks of the operating room, I have reviewed this internship, and I feel very deeply. Every teacher here is passionate about teaching us, under the guidance of the head nurse and many teachers, I am fully solid. I have learned the knowledge I have learned before, and I have mastered many theoretically unskilled technologies and operating room rules and regulations, strictly adhered to the operating principles of the operating room, memorized the common surgical procedures, and practiced by myself. I have learned a lot of practical surgical cooperation experience that is not available in textbooks, from the pre-operative visit to the patient, to the check-up on the day of surgery, and to the patient's psychological care, to the surgery to do all kinds of surgical preparations, equipment delivery Coordination, as well as the inventory work before the end of the operation, and the cleaning and packaging of surgical instruments, every link is a part that cannot be ignored, for me. Each part is a test and a valuable experience.

Through the teacher's professor and the careful practice around the four weeks, I learned more about the operating room facilities and the steps of caesarean section. I also know that as a hand washing nurse, we must strictly abide by the principle of aseptic operation. I also want to transfer the surgical instruments quickly and accurately. I am especially grateful to the teachers for their advice. I will keep in mind their excellent style of work and the attitude of working cautiously. They will continue to motivate themselves, constantly remind themselves, and work hard to improve their own deficiencies. Maintain your own strengths and strive for greater progress in your work.
