Summary of project exchanges in the project department


I have the opportunity to come to the company's Chongqing Yongchuan project department for job exchanges. I have been studying for a month here. It is a blessing and a deep feeling. Before, I followed my leaders or colleagues to some projects, mainly focusing on the research work on project labor management topics. After many in-depth experience and work and life on the project site, I have a deeper understanding of the company's project management work.
This time I came to the Yongchuan Project Department, we first accepted the training and education for admission, and focused on enhancing the safety awareness of on-site construction. The management system has been formed into a regularization. Anyone who visits, inspects or works in the project department will receive training unconditionally. This seems to be not very strict in the implementation of past projects. This is also the point where I was most impressed after I arrived at the project.
The following mainly combines some of my work in the project department, focusing on my own experience:
Under the decision of the project leader, combined with the nature of the work I have done in the company's functional departments, my job exchange is mainly arranged in the integrated department, assisting the logistics general affairs to handle some daily specific affairs, and assisting the on-site office in handling some project propaganda work. The details of the work are as follows:
1. Assist the logistics general affairs team of Chongqing Yongchuan Project Department to check the quantity of administrative office supplies and do the relevant registration work.
2. Assist the Yongchuan Project Department's logistics general affairs canteen to Yongchuan to purchase food and other food materials.
3. Understand and assist in the management of other parts of the Logistics General Service.
4. Assist the on-site office of the Yongchuan Project Department to prepare an office publicity posting slogan, and put forward some personal ideas for the improvement of the content of the on-site publicity column and the improvement of the project tabloid.
5. Through several in-depth project construction sites, and a general understanding of the nature and content of the various professional work of the various departments of the project department, deepened the personal perceptual knowledge and enhanced the overall operational awareness of project management.
6. Complete or assist in the completion of other tasks assigned by the project leader, the study exchange team leader.
Although the work of assisting this responsibility was not completely linked to the on-site construction management work, I still learned a lot of knowledge.
Logistics general affairs management, seemingly simple, actually requires more effort, is a nuanced work. The project publicity work should always run through the entire project implementation process, so that the interaction is timely.
Take the logistics general affairs management of Yongchuan Project Department as an example, and purchase the dishes once a week on Tuesday and Friday to ensure an adequate supply of food in the cafeteria. In order to allow employees to eat a variety of delicious meals from time to time, General Manager has to do a lot of preparation and after-the-fact work, and sometimes to deal with some emergencies, it is really hard. The canteen management rules are orderly, so that employees can eat in the environment of clean and tidy, which is the top priority of logistics support. The general logistics of the Yongchuan Project Department has been put in place. Through several visits to the local urban market, I have a general understanding of the items needed for the canteen and the reimbursement program.
Taking the propaganda work of the Yongchuan Project Department as an example, especially the project safety propaganda work has been done comprehensively, which has effectively strengthened the safety awareness of on-site construction personnel. The overall corporate culture atmosphere embodied in the Yongchuan Project Department is very strong, and the conditions such as the office environment are also very humanized. The company has made great efforts for the company's good external image publicity work. By participating in the specific publicity work of some project departments, I have some thoughts on how to keep the project publicity work in sync with the company's publicity work. I believe that the company's publicity work should be closely organized around the project publicity work. The comprehensive and comprehensive reflection of project information, the management work between the projects complement each other, not only improve the company's overall propaganda work, but also play the biggest role of propaganda.
From the perspective of this study and exchange, combined with several experiences of project experience, I would like to talk about some thoughts again. What is wrong is to be discussed:
1. The project department is indeed more able to train young employees. As an engineering industry, companies should pay more attention to the cultivation of young employees' work ability, and the construction site of the project department is a good platform. Everything is used to the best of its talents. Only by cultivating the professional and technical capabilities of its employees in a targeted manner, and making all-round overall considerations, can the company's overall project management level continue to rise.
2. The management process of the project department can be more detailed. This can be done in parallel with the advocacy work of the project department. How to make the various management processes refine and achieve the effect of prohibiting the line, we need to do a better job of project dynamic publicity. Creating a good working environment and fully mobilizing the enthusiasm of employees is the fundamental way to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.
3. The project department should strengthen the ideological exchange work of all employees. Appropriately understand the personal needs of employees and solve practical difficulties encountered in working life. Do a good job in the exchange of ideas among employees. You can hold employee symposiums from time to time or organize cultural and sports activities on a regular basis to allow employees to fully activate their body and mind and realize their potential.
4. The project department should establish a more effective work evaluation mechanism. Through regular employee self-employment evaluation, departmental leadership evaluation and project leadership evaluation, and even company leadership evaluation, the project staff's job status is fully grasped, so that the division of labor is clear and the efficiency of work is improved.
Nothing is too fine, waiting for it. No matter what job you are in, you must do your due diligence and work together for the company's development.
