4) After this year's "Medical Quality Management" inspection, we realized that our management is not perfect. The main problem is the lack of medical safety: the medical records are not timely and irregular, and the treatment principles for various diseases are not standardized. 5) In order to realize the humanized management, the department has studied the “Quantitative Assessment and Grading System for Nursing Staff” formulated by the Nursing Department.
