First, look back at the two months we have traveled together.

1. At work:

Our work from sensibility to rationality, from immature to maturing, the process of these two months of work is also a process of exploration, exploring which way the department should go, how should we walk? We are not very familiar with this. We can only "cross the river by feeling the stones." Fourteen officers and three ministers of our department have broken through the difficulties with the wisdom and courage of being dare to make the business department from scratch. From small to large, it was gradually established.

The first month is the lost period

In this month, there are labor disputes in the life of the family, the trust crisis of Jin Boyou, and the trouble caused by the poor information of Parkway Education. Various disputes, various difficulties, and various emergencies are endless and complicated. However, we should also see that the business department is growing, the minister is growing, the officers are growing, and the department members have greatly improved their ability to deal with emergencies and organizational capabilities. Second month of opportunity

Under the guidance of the Presidium and the exploration of our members, our department finally decided to set the development direction in the "Tutoring Market Development" and "Campus Sales Agency", and adopted the "first family education, post-sale development mode."

At present, the department's work is basically based on the “family education market development”. It has inspected the Chinese small schools and communities near our school, and gradually developed the “Mark Development Program for the Tutor Service Center of the XX Economic College” and “The Talents in the Economics College of xx”. The Reserve Bank Construction Plan and the related documents such as the relevant agreement and commitment letter have completed the preparatory work.

2, culturally

Culture is the soul of an organization, and the department always attaches importance to the construction of departmental culture and has achieved considerable results.

The members of the department began to be scattered in various places in the school and did not realize that they are united, help each other, and strive for progress in the current work. The cohesiveness has been greatly improved.

The department has always believed in the "word, service, quality" six-word rumor, whether it is the internal service students, or the external tutor market development, and strive to shape the "xx economic school first tutor service brand."

Second, look to the future

1. Family education

The "Teacher Service Center" under the Ministry of Education has made every effort to prepare for the development of the tutor market, and will continue to focus on the theme of "family education" for a long time to come. But where is the prospect of tutoring?

First of all, the tutoring work is characterized by ease, comfort and high return. It is deeply favored by the students. This provides us with the possibility of carrying out internal work. Secondly, our department does not take profit for the purpose, facing the outside. The competition of the tutor company is also more advantageous.

Therefore, both in the past and in the future, I hope that we can all believe that "the future is bright and the road is tortuous." I also hope that the students will be able to maintain a normal attitude and treat all kinds of problems in their work.

2, sales agent

I believe that the development of the business department should be in the direction of “sales agent”, which is also in line with the title of “college student entrepreneurship practice base”. Of course, it is not practical to open a bow to tutoring and sales at the same time, and this is by no means a matter of day and night, but I hope that no matter who is the head of the business department in the future, there should be such a belief.

At the same time, as I said at the beginning, when we work together to make tutoring and sales better and better, then in the future, the establishment of a “funding fund” will definitely not be just an ideal, but a reality!

Third, my thinking about the organization of college students

I often think about the purpose and significance of a student organization. In the three months since I became minister, I got the answer:

1. Assist in the implementation of relevant national and school policy systems in the context of academic efforts

2. Serve the majority of students in the context of learning

3. Train your own ability to live in a situation where you have the strength to learn.
