1. Go all out and pay close attention to road traffic safety management during important periods such as the Spring Festival. In this important period of the Spring Festival, the National "Two Sessions" and the "Qingming", "May Day" and "Dragon Boat Festival", our brigade has a high degree of political responsibility and sensitivity, insisting on early mobilization, early deployment, early implementation, and extensive publicity. Combined with strict management, fixed-point card and mobile patrol, comprehensive investigation and highlighting, combined with source prevention and road inspection, the road traffic safety in the city is ensured. During the Spring Festival, on the basis of earnest research and mobilization, our brigade constantly improved the means of traffic safety supervision and actively invested in the prevention of traffic accidents. All the personnel including the leaders of the brigade and the civil police of the government gave up the rest of the holidays. Traffic safety management was carried out to the front line, and 4110 traffic violations were investigated and dealt with, 17 passenger cars were detained, 23 deductions were issued, 809 passengers were unloaded, 473 passengers were transferred, and 78 non-passenger vehicles were seized. There were 34 tricycles and 5 serious offenders, which ensured that there was no serious traffic congestion during the important period and was fully affirmed by all walks of life.
2. Pay close attention to the investigation and rectification of traffic safety hazards and strive to improve the road traffic safety environment. Our brigade continued to create a “safe and smooth county” as a carrier, taking the opportunity of safe production year, actively cooperate with relevant departments, and improve the investigation mechanism for the safety hazards of road passenger vehicles, dangerous goods transport vehicles, pick-up student vehicles and dangerous road sections. 3. Take the urban traffic order rectification as the main line, and vigorously investigate and punish the traffic violations. On the one hand, in order to actively respond to the call for the “Creation of Provincial Health Garden City” proposed by the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government, our brigade has carried out various measures to carry out urban traffic order rectification activities in a coordinated manner. On the other hand, it has organized and carried out centralized rectification of serious traffic. Acts of illegal activities, major inspections of traffic safety, "three actions" for safe production, and "five ones" to prevent road traffic accidents. 4. Deepen traffic safety publicity and education, and strive to improve people's awareness of traffic safety. In order to enhance the effectiveness of traffic safety publicity, our brigade has vigorously improved and strengthened road traffic safety publicity and education work based on the principle of combining extensive publicity with key education, combining social media with fixed positions, and innovative ways and means. In particular, with the focus on the implementation of the “Measures for the Implementation of the Road Traffic Safety Law in Jiangxi Province”, various efforts have been made to carry out various forms of traffic safety publicity and education activities. Since the beginning of this year, my brigade has organized more than 70 street-level publicity activities, more than 80 lectures in traffic safety classes, more than 180 performances of feature films, 36 slogans on the wall, more than 70 slogans, and more than 120 posters. Legal rights and interests have not caused administrative reconsideration and large group incidents due to improper work.
6. Implement measures to facilitate the benefit of the people and deepen the management of motor vehicles and drivers. Since the beginning of this year, our brigade has combined the activities of the agency's effectiveness year to further improve the service regulations for the vehicle management business, and implemented a number of convenient and benefit-oriented service measures. The business acceptance has increased significantly. In the past six months, it has only reached 1,798 new small cars. Since April, my brigade has also carried out the construction of the “Traffic Management Service Station and Insurance Business Service Station” in the city, with a view to further simplifying the work flow and facilitating the relevant people to handle the license business.

1. The greening of the large-scale government building is nearing completion. In order to create a beautiful and clean office environment, in XX, my brigade carried out greening and lighting on the institution's compound, and the related projects are now nearing completion.
2. The construction of the base camp squadron is progressing smoothly. The new office space of the Gaojia squadron was basically completed at the end of last year. Now it is speeding up the renovation. It is expected that it will be moved into the new office in August. At that time, my brigade will “eliminate” the no-street squadron.
