1. 5. Funds for the designated use of the state shall be earmarked for special purposes and shall be accounted for separately.
6. The school shall obtain legal original documents for all expenses incurred by the school. After the original voucher is signed by the hand man, the acceptance person and the principal, the cashier settles the payment. All blank notes cannot be used as official credentials.
7. All expenses of the school adhere to the “one pen” review system. Activities are arranged in each room, and the fund use plan must be submitted 10 days before the event and approved by the principal before proceeding.
