Annual summary of financial work in 2019

I have been working since December of XX, and I have been there for one year. During the year, under the careful care and guidance of the unit leaders and colleagues, through my unremitting efforts, I have made great progress in all aspects. The unit leaders and colleagues are reporting on my work over the past year as follows:

First, in terms of thinking, through a series of study and training organized by the work and organization, I am deeply aware of the importance and necessity of combining theoretical knowledge with practice. Before work, I feel so weak about the collective sense of honor and the overall situation, and I don’t know what it means to emancipate the mind. After working for a year, from work to life, from life to reality, every link is so important and cannot be ignored. Those who are engaged in financial work, especially those engaged in the front-line counter business, must always maintain a high degree of vigilance and careful and meticulous attitude, and realize what is called: Repeating one thing is the truth of success! In the face of money, we should stand the test and temptation to firmly establish the correct monetary values. Safety and security, greater than the day, we must always improve the awareness of safety and security, strengthen internal control management, and build a strong security precaution.

Second, in the work, continue to maintain a good work style and a positive learning spirit. Ask and learn from old employees, and do not be ashamed to ask. We will dare to explore and develop new businesses and new varieties, actively carry out the external storage, combine self-examination, self-correction, find out the problems existing in the work, be good at discovering problems, and diligently think. I remember that I was just working and I was so confused and overwhelmed. When dealing with business, you will be nervous and afraid of mistakes. So the days that I just started are really hard for me. In fact, this does not work well, it will only add more burden and pressure to itself. Later, through continuous practice and exploration, I finally overcome the fear of fear, and the business began to gradually become familiar with familiarity, from nervousness to calmness. Now, work is a pleasure for me, and it is a responsibility and a noble mission.

Third, in life, never going to the meeting, never knowing to know, from nothing, from dependence to independence, this is a short and long journey. After a year of hard work and hard work, I have begun to learn how to manage my own money. I used to know that I didn’t have the money to reach out to my parents. Now I actually turn to be my own master and control the economy. Even the usual work schedule can no longer be as irregular as before going to work. Every day, you must grasp your own every minute, and everything must be handled by yourself. You can no longer rely on your family and friends around you. It is. After attending work, sometimes it may take a long time to go home after working overtime, and sometimes because of work needs, even rest is working overtime. When I finish my busy work every day, I dragged my tired body home. This is work, although it is a little tired, but it is so full and meaningful.

Of course, in this year's work, I also have a place that is not good enough. I am not mature enough in my thoughts, I am not active enough in my work, and I am not self-disciplined in life. I hope that through diligence and hard work in the future, I will correct it and strive for the best.

It’s been a quick time, and it’s been a year since I’ve been working on it. Looking back at the past, I can’t help but have a meditation. In short, a short year of work is a year in which my role in life has changed. It is a year of continuous growth. It is also a year in which I am familiar with, familiar with, and willing to contribute to the rural financial industry.
