I work in the cash department in the finance department, and I am mainly responsible for the cash payment and reconciliation with the financial headquarters of Shenzhen and the settlement of funds. First of all, I am grateful to the leaders at all levels of the company for their recognition and trust. I know that the work of the cashier is very important and requires a high degree of responsibility and skilled theoretical experience. Therefore, I do my studies and earnestly abide by the financial regulations in my usual work. The system strictly enforces the cash management and settlement system, so that the daily settlement is completed, and the cash and accounts are regularly checked against the accountant. According to the vouchers provided by the accountant, the wages shall be paid in a timely manner, the reimbursement expenses shall be carefully paid, the relevant original vouchers shall be strictly examined, the cash flow and bank deposits shall be counted after the end of the month, and the original vouchers for the current month shall be filed. Regularly report the list of customers' arrears on time, and work together with the project team to complete the collection of arrears and ensure the maximum profit of the company in the shortest time. Due to the special management mode of my project department and headquarters, this work is complicated and complicated in the specific operation process, and the communication with the headquarters is very frequent and difficult, so there may be some aspects that are not enough, here Leaders and comrades are requested to provide guidance and suggestions based on the issues, so that I can make further efforts to coordinate and strive to make our work more perfect.
